【摘要】:本文以电真空行业中专业生产金属化陶瓷的JZ公司为研究对象,详细论述了公司发展战略的制定过程。力图着眼实际,找出并解决企业现实中面临的实际困难。通过企业发展战略的制定和实施来帮助JZ公司摆脱困境并实现可持续健康发展。文章首先从政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面对陶瓷-金属封接行业所处的宏观环境以及企业所处的国内外行业情况进行分析,并运用波特五种竞争力对外部环境进行综合研究,发现企业面临的机遇和挑战。接着本文对企业的内部管理运营模式进行梳理,运用财务分析、BCG分析理清了企业具有的优势和劣势。同时找出企业目前面临的实际问题:近几年利润增长缓慢、应收账款增多、产品过于单一、技术创新乏力和内生力量不足等。然后运用SWOT工具对前述的外部环境和内部条件进行了综合分析,从而得出了JZ公司发展战略的选择是密集型内生增长战略,并制定公司发展战略的远景目标和近期目标。提出了采用综合优势竞争战略来支持密集型内生增长战略的实现。最后,为了企业发展战略得以有效实施,制定了战略实施过程中具体的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, JZ Company, which specializes in producing metallized ceramics in the electric vacuum industry, is taken as the research object, and the formulation process of the company's development strategy is discussed in detail. Try to focus on the reality and find out and solve the actual difficulties in the reality of enterprises. Through the formulation and implementation of enterprise development strategy to help JZ out of the dilemma and achieve sustainable and healthy development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the macro environment of ceramic and metal sealing industry and the domestic and international situation of enterprises from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology. And using Porter five kinds of competitive power to carry on the comprehensive research to the external environment, discovers the opportunity and the challenge which the enterprise faces. Then this paper combs the internal management and operation mode of the enterprise, using financial analysis, BCG analysis to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. At the same time, find out the actual problems that enterprises are facing at present: the profit growth is slow in recent years, the accounts receivable increase, the product is too single, the technological innovation is weak and the endogenous strength is insufficient, etc. Then the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the external environment and internal conditions mentioned above by using the SWOT tool, and concludes that the choice of the development strategy of JZ is intensive endogenous growth strategy, and formulates the long-term and short-term goals of the company's development strategy. A comprehensive competitive advantage strategy is proposed to support the realization of intensive endogenous growth strategy. Finally, in order to carry out the enterprise development strategy effectively, the concrete safeguard measures in the course of the strategy implementation are worked out.
