不同教育政策视角下的两岸小学书法教育

【摘要】:大陆与台湾同生一根,同出一源,不管是在艺术、经济还是在文化、教育方面都有着千丝万缕的密切联系。两岸书法教育政策的出台可以看作是课程改革的产物,集中体现了书法教育的理念和重点,也呈现出不同政治、经济制度和文化意识形态下的制度差异及特色。本文通过对两岸小学书法教育纲领性文件,即台湾推行的《书法教学改进方案》及大陆实施的《中小学书法教育指导纲要》进行对比,掌握两岸不同书法教育在执行中的潜在意识形态。在此基础之上选取大陆现行《义务教育语文课程标准(2011年版)》与台湾《国民中小学九年一贯课程纲要语文学习领域(国语文)》中关于书法教学的内容进行对比,力求分析两岸在教育政策制定上的差异。本文采用文献法和比较法等研究方法,主要从两岸书法教育政策发展沿革入手,并对现行的小学语文教育指导纲要中书法教育教学相关的课程定位、课程理念、教材编写、教学实施建议等方面进行具体对比分析。两岸课程标准的制定不仅有许多相似之处,也不乏众多差异。在课程定位和课程理念方面,两岸都将书法教育当作语文学科教学的一部分,但因两岸教学方式的不同,在具体教学内容和制定上存在不同。大陆注重书法对民族认同感的影响,台湾则注重书法技能的培育。在教材编写和教学实施建议方面,两岸都对教材的制定方向和规范性提出要求,在教学实施方面两岸分学段制定具体教学计划,对书法的教学实施起到很好的指导作用。最后,以两岸书法教育政策的差异为依据,指出当下小学书法教学在具体实施方面出现的问题,并提出解决方案,为书法在小学阶段的课程改革提出合理建议,促进两岸书法在小学阶段的教学。
[Abstract]:The mainland and Taiwan share one root and the same source, both in art, economy, culture and education. The introduction of calligraphy education policy on both sides of the strait can be regarded as the product of curriculum reform, which embodies the concept and emphasis of calligraphy education, and also presents the differences and characteristics of different political, economic systems and cultural ideologies. This paper compares the programmatic documents of primary school calligraphy education on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, that is, the "calligraphy Teaching improvement Program" implemented in Taiwan, and the "guiding outline of calligraphy Education in Primary and Middle Schools" implemented by the mainland. Grasp the different calligraphy education in the implementation of the potential ideology. On this basis, the current Chinese Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education in mainland China (2011 Edition) is compared with the contents of calligraphy teaching in the Chinese learning field (Chinese language) in Taiwan's Nine-Year Curriculum outline for National Primary and Middle Schools. Strive to analyze the differences between the two sides of the strait in the formulation of education policy. This paper adopts the methods of literature and comparison, mainly from the development of calligraphy education policy on both sides of the strait, and the curriculum orientation, curriculum concept and textbook compilation of calligraphy education teaching in the current guiding outline of primary school Chinese education. The teaching implementation suggestion and so on aspect carries on the concrete contrast analysis. The formulation of cross-strait curriculum standards not only has many similarities, but also many differences. In the aspect of curriculum orientation and curriculum concept, both sides of the strait regard calligraphy education as a part of Chinese subject teaching, but because of the different teaching methods between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, there are differences in the specific teaching content and formulation. The mainland pays attention to the influence of calligraphy on national identity, while Taiwan pays attention to the cultivation of calligraphy skills. In the aspects of textbook compilation and teaching implementation suggestions, both sides of the strait request the direction and standardization of textbook formulation. In teaching implementation, both sides of the strait draw up specific teaching plan, which plays a good guiding role in calligraphy teaching implementation. Finally, on the basis of the differences in calligraphy education policies between the two sides of the strait, the paper points out the problems existing in the practical implementation of calligraphy teaching in primary schools, and puts forward solutions, so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for the curriculum reform of calligraphy at the primary school stage. To promote the teaching of calligraphy in primary school.
