低油价背景下石油主干专业本科生就业分析与对策

【摘要】：随着全球经济增速放缓、新兴能源的开发,以及国际政治经济格局的变化,国际石油价格一路走低,导致国内石油行业发展放缓,石油企业人才需求减少。在此背景下,石油主干专业本科生就业问题就更加严峻。文章从毕业生心理、就业选择、综合技能三个方面对石油主干专业毕业生的就业选择进行分析,并从毕业生个人、学校、用人单位、社会四方面入手,为石油主干专业毕业生就业问题提出相应的对策。
[Abstract]:With the slowdown of global economic growth, the development of new energy sources, and the changes in international political and economic patterns, international oil prices have been falling all the way, leading to a slowdown in the development of domestic oil industries and a decrease in the demand for talents in oil enterprises. Under this background, the problem of undergraduate employment of petroleum trunk major is even more severe. This paper analyzes the employment choice of oil trunk graduates from three aspects of graduate psychology, employment choice and comprehensive skills, and starts with four aspects: individual graduate, school, employer and society. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the employment of the graduates majoring in petroleum trunk.
