民国时期普通中学职业指导思想研究(1912-1937)

【摘要】:在近代中国,由于受到国外职业指导运动的影响,以及国内特殊的社会、政治、经济、文化等环境的作用,为了解决数以万计中学生毕业后的就业问题,沟通普通中学教育与职业的联系,当时的大批进步的知识分子和爱国的教育家在“职教救国”思想的指导下,不遗余力的介绍国外普通中学职业指导的发展经验和概括,积极组织、开展国内的普通中学职业指导运动,广泛开展对普通中学职业指导理论的研究,为有效地解决中学生升学和就业问题,做出了积极贡献。研究民国时期普通中学职业指导思想研究,总结普通中学职业指导思想的历史经验,不仅可以丰富中国职业指导教育史的研究,而且还可以为当前的中国中学教育改革提供历史经验和借鉴之处。 论文包括绪论、正文在内共五个部分。 绪论部分主要阐述了研究民国时期普通中学职业指导思想(1912-1937)的缘由以及理论和现实意义,梳理和综述了当前的研究者对与主题相关的研究成果,强调对民国时期普通中学职业指导思想研究还需进一步加强,并提出了本文的研究思路和研究方法 正文分为四个部分。第一部分论述民国时期普通中学职业指导思想兴起的历史背景。民国时期普通中学职业指导思想之所以兴起与发展,其历史背景在于近代欧美职业指导思想与实践的影响、民国时期社会经济变革的影响、职业教育思潮的影响、壬戌学制的影响。 第二部分论述民国时期普通中学职业指导家的职业指导活动,主要介绍了廖世承、刘湛恩等教育家和职业指导专家的生平,以及他们对普通中学职业指导理论探索和实践活动。 第三部分分析民国时期普通中学职业指导思想的主要内容。民国时期我职业指导专家们对普通中学职业指导思想作了如下探讨:一是关于普通中学职业指导的内涵和重要性;二是关于普通中学职业指导的目的、功能和任务;三是关于普通中学职业指导的原则和方法。 第四部分论述民国时期普通中学职业指导思想的历史启示。普通中学应该重视职业指导,树立科学的职业指导理念,加强学校职业指导师资队伍的建设,建立学校、社会、家庭等多元合作网络体系。
[Abstract]:In modern China, due to the influence of the vocational guidance movement abroad and the special social, political, economic and cultural environment in China, in order to solve the employment problem of tens of thousands of middle school students after graduation, To communicate the relationship between ordinary secondary school education and occupation, a large number of progressive intellectuals and patriotic educators at that time, under the guidance of the thought of "saving the country through vocational education", spared no effort to introduce the development experiences and generalizations of vocational guidance in foreign ordinary middle schools. The active organization and development of the vocational guidance movement in ordinary middle schools in China and the extensive research on the vocational guidance theory in ordinary middle schools have made positive contributions to the effective solution of the problems of secondary school students' entry into school and employment. To study the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China and summarize the historical experience of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools can not only enrich the study of the history of vocational guidance education in China. But also can provide the historical experience and the reference for the current Chinese middle school education reform. The thesis consists of five parts: introduction and body. The introduction mainly expounds the reason, theoretical and practical significance of the study of the vocational guidance ideology of ordinary middle schools (1912-1937) in the Republic of China period, and summarizes the current researchers' research results related to the subject. It is emphasized that the research on vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China needs to be further strengthened, and the research ideas and methods of this paper are divided into four parts. The first part discusses the historical background of the rise of vocational guidance thought of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China. The historical background of the rise and development of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China is the influence of modern European and American vocational guiding ideology and practice, the influence of social and economic changes in the Republic of China period, and the influence of the ideological trend of vocational education. The influence of Nonxu's academic system. The second part discusses the vocational guidance activities of ordinary middle school vocational counselors in the Republic of China, mainly introduces the life of Liao Shicheng, Liu Zhanen and other educators and professional guidance experts, as well as their theoretical exploration and practical activities of vocational guidance in ordinary middle schools. The third part analyzes the main contents of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the period of the Republic of China. During the period of the Republic of China, the experts of vocational guidance made the following discussions: first, about the connotation and importance of vocational guidance in ordinary middle school, second, about the purpose, function and task of vocational guidance in ordinary middle school; The third is about the general secondary school vocational guidance principles and methods. The fourth part discusses the historical enlightenment of the vocational guiding ideology of ordinary middle schools in the Republic of China. Ordinary middle schools should attach importance to vocational guidance, set up scientific concept of vocational guidance, strengthen the construction of teaching staff of vocational guidance in schools, and establish multiple cooperative network systems such as school, society, family and so on.
