浅谈海外EPC项目风险管理

【摘要】：随着国家"一带一路"政策的实施,越来越多的国内企业选择走出去在国外承接项目,而这其中主要是以EPC总承包的形式。但由于国内企业缺乏海外项目管理经验,同时由于项目所在国政治、经济、文化等因素,在海外项目执行过程中经常出现亏损、延期、甚至停工等现象。因此对于如何分析、识别和规避潜在的项目风险是一个企业能否在国际化浪潮中生存和发展的重要本领,作者根据近年来海外项目施工管理经验,浅谈海外EPC项目风险管控。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" policy, more and more domestic enterprises choose to go abroad to undertake projects, and this is mainly in the form of EPC general contract. However, due to the lack of overseas project management experience in domestic enterprises and political, economic, cultural and other factors in the country where the project is located, there are often losses, delays, and even stoppages in the implementation of overseas projects. Therefore, how to analyze, identify and avoid the potential project risk is an important ability for an enterprise to survive and develop in the international tide. According to the construction management experience of overseas projects in recent years, the author discusses the risk control of overseas EPC projects.
