具身认知视域下的大学生情绪管理研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济和经济全球化的发展,人们的社会环境、价值观念受到了从未有过的冲击。大学生是未来社会的“顶梁柱”、“接班人”,面对纷繁复杂的政治、经济、学业、就业的社会环境,各种情绪困扰和心理的问题也逐步凸显出来。在理想与现实的困惑、学业与就业的踌躇、交往与情感的纠结时,烦躁、焦虑、孤独等负面情绪的产生,不仅影响着大学生的心理健康、价值观念、情感认同、政治认同,甚至影响其“人生走向”。笔者通过自制的问卷调查发现,大学生整体情绪状况虽呈整体良好态势,但较为普遍的负面的情绪还是影响着大学生情感认同、政治认同、思想认同。情绪管理实践环存在“失身式”、“说教式”的隐忧,表现在:教育理念中“具身”理念缺失;教育内容上忽视情绪智力的培养;教学方法上实践环节具有薄弱性;教学环境上,缺少良性互动。思想政治教育不是思想理论、概念符号的灌输,而是身体性的活动。人作为“活生生”的个体,思想觉悟的提升和内化需要情绪与情感去体验心境。因此,思想政治教育“身体的回归”与情绪、情感等非理性因素的发挥亟需新的思想政治教育方法论的指导。具身认知是认知科学的研究话题,具前沿性、学科交叉性一体,马克思、恩格斯的认识论、实践观也蕴含着具身认知的思想。本文试图运用具身认知理论的系统观和方法论,解决情绪管理实践的薄弱性、思想政治教育的非理性因素的缺失,提供了新的方法论指导。本研究认为,构建以身体参与为基础、具身体验为媒介、情感交流为支撑,环境优化为保障的情绪管理教育系统,兼具理论探索与实践创新的双重意义。通过具身认知的实践,让情绪的“正能量”在思想政治教育过程中得到发挥,指导学生的行为和行动。在教育实践中调动积极情绪、激发情绪体验,提升大学生的爱国主义教育效果,加强大学生价值观念的塑造、最终增强大学生政治认同、情感认同与思想认同。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and economic globalization, people's social environment and values have never been impacted. College students are the "pillar" and "successor" of the future society. In the face of the complicated political, economic, academic, employment social environment, all kinds of emotional problems and psychological problems are also gradually highlighted. In the confusion of ideal and reality, the hesitation of study and employment, the entanglement of communication and emotion, the emergence of negative emotions, such as irritability, anxiety, loneliness and so on, not only affects the mental health, values, emotional identity, political identity of college students, but also affects their mental health, values, emotional identity, political identity, and so on. It even affects its "life trend". Through a self-made questionnaire, the author finds that although the overall emotional status of college students is overall good, the general negative emotions still affect college students' emotional identity, political identity and ideological identity. Emotional management practice has the hidden worry of "losing the body" and "preaching", which is manifested in the following aspects: lack of "physical" concept in educational idea; neglect of emotional intelligence training in educational content; weakness in teaching methods; In the teaching environment, there is a lack of benign interaction. Ideological and political education is not the instillation of ideological theory, conceptual symbols, but physical activities. As a living individual, the promotion and internalization of ideological consciousness requires emotion and emotion to experience the state of mind. Therefore, the "return of the body" of ideological and political education and the exertion of irrational factors such as emotion and emotion need the guidance of the new methodology of ideological and political education. Physical cognition is the research topic of cognitive science, which is forward-looking and interdisciplinary. Marx and Engels' epistemology and practice also contain the idea of concrete cognition. This paper attempts to solve the weakness of emotional management practice and the lack of irrational factors in ideological and political education by using the systematic view and methodology of concrete cognitive theory, which provides new methodological guidance. This study suggests that the construction of emotional management education system based on physical participation, physical experience as medium, emotional communication as support and environment optimization as guarantee, has the double significance of theoretical exploration and practical innovation. Through the practice of concrete cognition, let the "positive energy" of emotion be brought into play in the process of ideological and political education, and guide students' behavior and action. In the educational practice, we should mobilize the positive emotion, stimulate the emotional experience, improve the effect of patriotism education of college students, strengthen the molding of college students' values, and finally strengthen the political identity, emotional identity and ideological identity of college students.
