养老住区适老环境要素研究

【摘要】：人口老龄化作为一种全球性的普遍现象，深刻影响着各个国家的政治、经济、社会、文化等相关方面。中国作为发展中国家，既面临着发展的问题，又要应对老龄化带来的一系列新问题,如何优化老年宜居环境成为社会关注的热点话题。作为满足老年人基本生活需求的居住环境，不仅关系到老年人的物质居所，更关系到老年人日常生活中的教育、医疗、娱乐以及养老保障等各方面的社会问题。由于老年人在生理、心理等方面存在着特殊性，其对外在环境的适应能力也有所下降，，因此老年居住环境应当有针对性的进行设计。为了满足日益增多的老年人的实际需求，养老住区这一新型养老方式在中国悄然兴起。本文在充分借鉴美国、德国、日本、新加坡养老住区发展模式的基础上，通过对当前我国养老住区及其适老环境营造的现状分析，总结出中国养老住区在适老环境营造方面的要素构成，即休闲娱乐环境、医疗保健环境、交通出行环境、文化教育环境、人文情感环境以及生活服务环境六个方面，并探讨养老住区适老环境在落实过程中的相关对策建议。全文共分五个章节来进行写作：第一章介绍论文的研究背景、研究对象、既往研究成果、研究的目的意义以及研究方法；第二章阐述了美、德、日、新四个发达国家在养老住区及其适老环境营造方面的模式与经验；第三章具体分析了当前我国养老住区及其适老环境的现状及存在的问题；第四章重点研究了我国养老住区适老环境的各要素构成；第五章提出了中国养老住区适老环境发展的对策并进行了展望。
[Abstract]:As a global universal phenomenon, population aging has a profound impact on the political, economic, social, cultural and other related aspects of various countries. As a developing country, China is not only facing the problems of development, but also dealing with a series of new problems caused by aging. How to optimize the livable environment for the elderly has become a hot topic of social concern. As a living environment to meet the basic living needs of the elderly, it is not only related to the material residence of the elderly, but also related to the education, medical treatment, entertainment and old-age security and other social problems in the daily life of the elderly. Because of the particularity of physiology and psychology of the elderly and their ability to adapt to the external environment, the living environment of the elderly should be designed. In order to meet the actual needs of the increasing number of elderly people, the new way of providing for the aged is quietly rising in China. On the basis of fully drawing lessons from the development model of pension settlements in the United States, Germany, Japan and Singapore, this paper analyzes the current situation of old-age settlements and their suitable environment in China. This paper summarizes the elements of the construction of the old environment in China's old-age residential areas, that is, leisure and entertainment environment, medical and health care environment, traffic and travel environment, cultural and educational environment, humanistic and emotional environment and living service environment. It also discusses the relevant countermeasures and suggestions in the implementation process of the old environment in old-age residential areas. The full text is divided into five chapters to write: the first chapter introduces the research background of the paper, the research object, the previous research results, the purpose and significance of the study and the research methods; The second chapter expounds the models and experiences of the United States, Germany, Japan and the new four developed countries in the construction of old-age settlements and their suitable environment, and the third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the old-age settlements and their suitable environment in China. The fourth chapter focuses on the composition of the elements of the old environment of old-age settlements in China, and the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and prospects for the development of the old environment of old-age settlements in China.
