速度干预练习对北京市中小学女生速度素质发展影响的实验研究

【摘要】:目的:改革开放以来,随着我国经济的持续发展,中小学生的身体素质正在逐年下降。北京作为全国政治、经济和文化中心,中小学生身体素质的发展受到来自社会、家庭和学校的广泛关注。速度素质是人类运动素质中最基本的身体素质,速度素质发展的状况直接关系到未来中小学生各项身体素质的发展。中小学女生的速度素质的发展情况同样受到广泛的关注,如何能够促进中小学女生身体素质能够最大限度的提高,促进骨骼、肌肉和神经的协调发展,使其获得身心的全面发展,是本次试验研究的主要目的。本文主要通过访谈法、文献资料发、数理统计法、观察测试法和实验法五种研究方法。再通过各种研究方法,询问有关青少年运动素质研究的专家,获得在青少年时期,中小学女生速度素质发展水平以及身体各机能的发育特点;结合图书馆有关资料以及网络各种有关青少年速度素质训练的期刊杂志,找出青少年速度素质发展存在的问题和训练方法,并在有理论知识指导的基础上通过设计不同的适合各年龄段中小学女生训练的方法,并通过观察测试法获得在速度素质训练中的规律,并获得训练前后中小学女生速度素质水平的数据,最后通过数理统计法,利用excel和spss18.0对所获得的数据进行处理分析,找出实验前后的不同并分析出原因,给出切实可行的有利建议。 结论: 1.对照组中小学女生速度素质与2010年北京市中小学女生速度素质增长规律大致吻合,整体水平要高0.05s左右。 2.对照组实验前后结果表明,在身体自然增长下,小学女生速度素质水平呈现一定幅度的提高,初一、初二速度素质水平达到最高,从初三至高三速度素质水平呈现下降的趋势。 3.实验组实验前后的结果表明,在处在速度素质发展敏感期的小学阶段尤其是7-12岁这个年龄阶段,实施一定的速度素质练习,,速度素质水平能有明显的提高,增长幅度最大在0.3s左右,其次是处在青春期年龄的初三、高二和高三阶段,增长幅度较为明显,增幅在0.3-0.35s左右。 4.通过对实验后实验组和对照组实验结果进行对比可以看出,在正常的体育教学过程中对中小学女生实施有效的速度素质干预练习,能有效提高速度素质水平,比在身体自然增长规律下提高的快。

[Abstract]:Objective: since the reform and opening up, with the sustainable development of economy in our country, the physical quality of primary and middle school students is declining year by year. As a national political, economic and cultural center, the development of physical fitness of primary and secondary school students has received extensive attention from society, family and school. Speed quality is the most basic physical quality in human sports quality, and the development of speed quality is directly related to the development of physical quality of primary and middle school students in the future. The development of speed quality of primary and secondary school girls has also received extensive attention. How to promote the physical quality of primary and secondary school girls to the maximum extent, promote the coordinated development of bone, muscle and nerve, so that they can achieve the all-round development of body and mind, is the main purpose of this experimental study. This paper mainly through interview method, literature distribution, mathematical statistics method, observation test method and experimental method five research methods. Then through various research methods, ask the experts on the study of adolescent sports quality, and obtain the development level of speed quality and the development characteristics of physical functions of primary and secondary school girls in adolescence. Combined with the relevant materials of the library and various periodicals and magazines on the network about the speed quality training of young people, this paper finds out the existing problems and training methods of the speed quality development of young people, and on the basis of the guidance of theoretical knowledge, designs different training methods suitable for primary and secondary school girls of all ages, and obtains the law in the speed quality training by observing and testing methods. The data of speed quality level of primary and secondary school girls before and after training are obtained. Finally, through mathematical statistics method, excel and spss18.0 are used to process and analyze the obtained data, find out the differences before and after the experiment, analyze the reasons, and give feasible and favorable suggestions. Conclusion: 1. The speed quality of primary and secondary school girls in the control group is in good agreement with that of primary and secondary school girls in Beijing in 2010, and the overall level is about 0.05s higher. two銆
