高房价及其对中国经济的影响研究
This paper investigates the reason of the current China's ever-rising housing prices,with specially emphasis on extra-relaxed monetary policy,the housing market imbalance between supply and demand,inflation expectations,as well as land finance.The ever-rising housing prices are bringing about lots of negative effects on China’s economy.Several policy recommendations have been proposed finally.
