互联网信息产业对中国经济增长影响的研究

【摘要】：以信息化为经济发展的主导，带动工业进行转变，实现对社会生产力的大幅度跨越发展，是我国的十二五计划以来经济社会的指导原则。信息产业的发展离不开信息化，信息产业早已经被列为我国重点发展的新兴高新战略产业。自上世纪80年代依赖信息技术革命，短短二三十年间，在全球范围内星火燎原，对中国经济发展、社会生活起到意义深远的影响。本文试图从经济学的角度考察互联网信息产业的变化发展，探索其作用于经济的机制和途径的，试图挖掘出互联网信息产业对经济增长的影响的全貌。本文首先通过文献资料和相关理论回溯了信息产业与经济增长的历史联系，然后对该产业的概念进行说明，对信息产业与其相关经济特性进行综述。然后从国民经济整体入手，重点分析了信息产业对经济增长影响机制，由此揭示了信息产业在短时间内长足发展的原因，继而说明了对经济增长的影响途径。接下来本文又从产业的角度，说明了信息技术产业特殊性即对经济影响的直接性和对其他产业的间接影响。在实证研究部分，一是使用了直接测度分析和结构测度分析的方法，，计算了我国互联网信息产业对整体经济增长和传统产业的直接贡献；二是通过计量分析的，通过建立柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的模型，将信息产业抽象为信息要素，考察了对整体经济增长和对三大产业发展的贡献作用。本文通过这些努力，试图揭示互联网信息产业这一不不同于传统产业的新兴高科技产业的特征和发展规律，描绘出其对国民经济增长产生巨大贡献和作用的影响途径。期望在当今世界信息技术浪潮之下，对我国互联网信息产业之于经济发展的关系提供一点力所能及理论贡献和现实意义。
[Abstract]:The development of the information industry is inseparable from the information technology revolution in the 1980s , and the information industry has been listed as the new and new strategic industry in China ' s key development since the 1980s . This paper attempts to explore the changes and development of Internet information industry from the perspective of economics , explore the mechanism and approach of Internet information industry , and try to explore the influence of Internet information industry on economic growth . In this paper , the historical connection between the information industry and the economic growth has been traced back through the literature and the related theories . Then the concept of the industry is explained , and the influence mechanism of the information industry on the economic growth is analyzed . Through these efforts , this paper attempts to reveal the characteristics and development laws of the Internet information industry , which is not different from the traditional industries , and describes the ways to influence the growth of the national economy .
