中国对外直接投资对产业结构优化的影响研究

【摘要】：近几年，随着“走出去”战略的深化发展，中国对外直接投资发展迅猛，其对国内经济发展的影响也与日俱增。同时，自改革开放以来，中国经济的快速发展推动了产业结构不断优化升级，但在新的国际国内经济形势下，中国经济结构急须转型，通过对外直接投资促进国内产业结构优化升级成为必由之路。本文梳理了国内外有关对外直接投资影响产业结构的相关理论研究成果，在产业结构优化的内涵和相关理论基础上，从资源寻求型、市场寻求型、效率寻求型和战略资产寻求型四种对外直接投资的动因角度分析了对外直接投资影响产业结构的作用机理。通过对中国对外直接投资和产业结构的发展现状分析，发现中国对外直接投资存在行业分布和区域分布的不均衡特点，以及中国产业结构存在诸多不利因素。通过构建产业结构高度化和产业结构合理化两个衡量指标，本文构建实证模型研究了中国对外直接投资对产业结构优化所产生的影响。通过协整检验、回归分析和脉冲响应回归等研究方法，发现对外直接投资促进中国产业结构高度化，但对中国产业结构合理化产生负作用，而金融开放则有利于对外直接投资促进产业结构优化。在研究结论基础上，提出了继续资源类投资、加快边际产业转移和扩大发达国家投资的对外直接投资政策方向，，以及产业结构优化政策环境的几项政策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the "going out" strategy, China's foreign direct investment has developed rapidly, and its impact on the domestic economic development has also increased. At the same time, since the reform and opening up. The rapid development of China's economy has promoted the continuous optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, but under the new international and domestic economic situation, China's economic structure needs to be urgently transformed. To promote the optimization and upgrading of domestic industrial structure through foreign direct investment has become the only way. This article combs the domestic and foreign foreign direct investment influence the industrial structure related theory research achievement, in the industrial structure optimization connotation and the correlation theory foundation, from the resources seeks the type, the market seeks the type. This paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence of FDI on industrial structure from the motivation of efficiency seeking and strategic asset seeking. This paper analyzes the current situation of China's FDI and industrial structure through the analysis of the current situation of China's foreign direct investment (FDI) and industrial structure. . It is found that China's OFDI has the unbalanced characteristics of industry distribution and regional distribution, and there are many unfavorable factors in China's industrial structure. Through the construction of industrial structure upgrading and industrial structure rationalization, this paper constructs an empirical model to study the impact of China's foreign direct investment on industrial structure optimization. By regression analysis and impulse response regression, it is found that FDI promotes the development of China's industrial structure, but has a negative effect on the rationalization of China's industrial structure. The financial opening is conducive to foreign direct investment to promote industrial structure optimization. On the basis of the research conclusions, this paper puts forward the policy direction of continuing resource investment, speeding up marginal industrial transfer and expanding investment in developed countries, as well as some policy suggestions for optimizing the policy environment of industrial structure.
