广西兴边富民行动的实施效果评估——基于自然实验的面板数据分析

【摘要】：在"自然实验"法评估下,可以将兴边富民行动看做一个实验,其实验对象是边境县(市、区),而与其毗邻的县(市、区)是天然的对照组,评估兴边富民行动的实施效果则等同于检验实验组与对照组是否存在显著差异。基于此,对广西兴边富民行动的实施效果进行定量分析,回归结果表明,广西兴边富民行动对其边境县(市、区)经济发展确实起到了显著的促进作用,但在交通基础设施建设和民生方面并不令人满意。在广西下一步兴边富民行动中,应重视基础设施和民生事业,将兴边富民落到实处。
[Abstract]:In the "natural experiment" approach, can be the frontier action as an experiment, the experimental object is the border county (city, district), and adjacent to the county (city, district) is a natural control group, evaluate the effect of enriching the borderer activity is equivalent to the examination of the experimental group and the control whether there are significant differences. Based on this, the implementation effect of Guangxi frontier action of the quantitative analysis, the regression results show that the Guangxi frontier action on the border counties (cities, districts) economic development does play a significant role in promoting, but in traffic infrastructure construction and the people's livelihood is not satisfactory in Guangxi the next frontier action, should pay attention to infrastructure and people's livelihood, the frontier to the letter.
