东北地区产业创新能力及其评价研究

【摘要】：产业创新能力对区域经济发展和区域竞争力的提升至关重要，对于东北地区而言，产业创新能力的提升有利于实现国家提出的振兴东北老工业基地的战略规划，，进而实现产业结构的升级。 本文首先对产业创新的相关理论进行了综述，为制定产业创新能力评价指标体系提供了理论依据。其次，为了评价东北地区的产业创新能力，本文除了选取吉林、辽宁、黑龙江三省外，还选取了山东、江苏和广东省作为研究样本，通过计算和比较，找出东北地区产业创新能力的特征以及存在的问题。最后，针对东北地区产业创新能力的现状，从产业技术创新和产业制度创新两方面提供了相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Industrial innovation ability is very important to the development of regional economy and the promotion of regional competitiveness. For the Northeast region, the promotion of industrial innovation ability is conducive to the realization of the national strategic plan of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China.Then realize the upgrading of industrial structure.In this paper, the related theories of industrial innovation are summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the evaluation index system of industrial innovation ability.Secondly, in order to evaluate the industrial innovation ability in Northeast China, this paper selects Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces as the research samples, and takes Shandong, Jiangsu and Guangdong Province as the research samples, through calculation and comparison.Find out the characteristics and problems of industrial innovation ability in Northeast China.Finally, in view of the present situation of industrial innovation ability in Northeast China, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided from two aspects of industrial technological innovation and industrial institutional innovation.
