服务业FDI对长三角地区收入差距的影响

【摘要】：我国服务业对外开放后，以江苏、浙江、上海为代表的长三角地区凭借其优越的地理优势成为我国吸收服务业FDI最多的地区之一。但伴随着长三角地区服务业与经济的发展，居民的收入差距却日益扩大。那么长三角地区居民收入差距变化是否与服务业FDI的大量涌入有关？如果与其相关，，那么长三角地区服务业FDI对居民收入差距存在正向还是负向的影响？服务业外资又是通过怎样的渠道来影响长三角地区收入差距的呢？以及这种相关关系是否会随着区域的不同而发生变化？回答这些问题对于长三角以及我国总体经济的可持续发展具有重要理论意义。本文首先基于服务业区别于制造业的特点分析了FDI对地区收入差距影响的理论基础，将服务业对人力资本的异质性需求、对就业显著的间接创造效应、服务业在生产与消费上的高度同一性以及服务业各环节与制造业的明显联动效应阐述为服务业FDI影响长三角地区的收入差距的四个作用机制：价格效应、就业效应、技术溢出效应以及产业结构调整效应。然后结合服务业FDI占长三角地区经济比重的特点与收入差距现状，分析长三角服务业FDI与收入差距的整体变化趋势。最后，文章采用2000-2010年长三角两省一市的相应数据，并通过对长三角地区收入差距进行泰尔系数测算，从实证角度分析了长三角地区服务业FDI对居民收入差距的影响。实证结果表明服务业FDI对收入差距的影响是显著的，换言之长三角地区服务业外资的大量涌入在一定程度上不利于长三角地区收入差距的缩小。其中，全要素生产率体现的技术差异对区域收入差距的影响是最主要的。对两省一市的实证分析得出服务业FDI会扩大长三角地区的收入差距，同时上海的服务业FDI对收入差距的影响不显著。最后本文结合实证结果与研究现状对长三角地区提出了相关的政策建议。
[Abstract]:After China's service industry opened to the outside world, the Yangtze River Delta region, represented by Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, has become one of the regions that absorb the service industry FDI most by virtue of its superior geographical advantages.However, with the development of service industry and economy in Yangtze River Delta, the income gap of residents is widening day by day.So whether the change of income gap in Yangtze River Delta is related to the influx of service FDI?If it is relevant, then there is a positive or negative impact of service FDI on the income gap of residents in the Yangtze River Delta region?Through what channels does the service foreign investment affect the income gap in the Yangtze River Delta?And does this relationship vary from region to region?Answering these questions is of great theoretical significance for the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Delta and China's overall economy.Firstly, based on the characteristics of service industry and manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the influence of FDI on regional income gap.The high identity of service industry in production and consumption and the obvious linkage effect between each link of service industry and manufacturing industry are explained as the four mechanisms of service FDI affecting the income gap in the Yangtze River Delta: price effect, employment effect, and so on.Technology spillover effect and industrial structure adjustment effect.Then, combining the characteristics of service FDI in the economic proportion of Yangtze River Delta and the current situation of income gap, this paper analyzes the overall change trend of service FDI and income gap in the Yangtze River Delta.Finally, the paper adopts the corresponding data of two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2010, and analyzes the impact of service industry FDI on the income gap of residents in the Yangtze River Delta region from the perspective of empirical analysis through the calculation of the income gap in the Yangtze River Delta region.The empirical results show that the impact of service FDI on the income gap is significant. In other words, the influx of foreign investment in the service industry in the Yangtze River Delta region to some extent is not conducive to the narrowing of the income gap in the Yangtze River Delta region.Among them, the technical difference reflected by total factor productivity is the most important influence on regional income gap.The empirical analysis of two provinces and one city shows that the service FDI will enlarge the income gap in the Yangtze River Delta region, while the impact of Shanghai's service FDI on the income gap is not significant.Finally, this paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations to the Yangtze River Delta region based on the empirical results and research status.
