鲁苏粤浙沪低碳化产业发展水平比较研究

【摘要】：当今社会，全球气候变暖问题日益严峻，能源短缺成为人类面临的重大难题，低碳化浪潮逐渐兴起，，低碳经济进入了蓬勃发展的阶段，这些都为低碳化产业的发展带来了良好的契机。鲁苏粤浙沪作为中国五个重要的经济省市，研究它们的低碳化产业的发展水平对于衡量不同地区产业发展状况，分析产业发展水平差异影响因素以及指导我国低碳化产业发展都具有非常重要的意义。本文采取了理论研究和实证研究相结合的方法，在对鲁苏粤浙沪经济社会以及低碳发展现状研究的基础上，分析比较了五省市产业低碳化发展的水平，论文研究的内容主要包含了以下几个方面：第一部分包括第一章前言，主要介绍本论文的选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、论文主要的研究内容，以及论文的研究方法。第二部分是第二章，主要是低碳化产业的理论分析部分，阐述了低碳化产业的相关理论，低碳化产业的内涵、特征以及与低碳产业、新兴产业、产业低碳化等几个概念的区别。第三章和第四章是本文的第三部分，第三章比较了五省市的社会发展现状、经济发展现状以及能源发展现状，第四章从碳排放量、碳排放强度、分行业碳排放等方面对五省市的低碳发展现状进行了比较和分析，三四两章为后面第五章的分析做了比较详细的数据处理工作。得出的结论是五省市无论是从经济发展水平、社会发展状况还是低碳发展水平方面来看，都具有各自的发展特点，经济、社会和低碳的发展之间具有紧密的联系。第五章是本文的第四部分，第五章主要对低碳化产业的类型进行了划分，通过划分的结果对五省市低碳化产业发展水平差异形成的影响因素进行了分析，从经济发展水平因素、低碳技术水平因素、能源消费结构因素、产业结构因素以及区域发展因素五个方面进行了论证。在进行低碳化产业类型划分时，从全国的角度对产业低碳化水平进行了实证研究，确定了产业类型根据碳发展水平的划分标准，从而对五省市产业低碳化发展的水平进行了衡量和比较，得出的结论是五省市产业低碳化发展的水平各不相同，不同地区同一产业以及同一地区不同产业之间都存在差异性，五省市和全国之间也存在着很大的差异性。最后两章是第四部分，属于文章的结论部分。第六章对低碳化产业的发展提出合理的对策和建议。第七章对论文研究存在的不足进行阐述并对未来发展提出展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the global warming problem is becoming more and more serious. Energy shortage has become a major problem facing mankind. The low carbon economy has entered a stage of vigorous development.All these bring a good opportunity for the development of low-carbonization industry.As five important economic provinces and cities in China, Shandong, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai and China have studied the development level of their low-carbon industries in order to measure the industrial development situation in different regions.It is of great significance to analyze the influencing factors of industrial development level and to guide the development of low-carbon industry in China.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research, on the basis of studying the economic society and low-carbon development of Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Zhejiang and Shanghai, analyzes and compares the development level of industrial low carbonization in five provinces and cities.The content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:The first part includes the preface of the first chapter, mainly introduces the background of this paper, the significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research status, the main research content of the paper, and the research methods of the paper.The second part is the second chapter, mainly the theory analysis part of the low carbonization industry, elaborated the low carbon industry related theory, the low carbon industry connotation, the characteristic and with the low carbon industry, the emerging industry, the industry low carbonization and so on several concepts difference.Chapter three and chapter four are the third part of this paper. The third chapter compares the current situation of social development, economic development and energy development of five provinces and cities, the fourth chapter from the carbon emissions, carbon emission intensity,This paper compares and analyzes the current situation of low-carbon development in five provinces and cities in terms of carbon emission in different industries, and makes more detailed data processing work for the analysis of chapter five in the following chapters.The conclusion is that the five provinces and cities have their own development characteristics in terms of economic development level, social development status or low carbon development level, and there is a close relationship between economic, social and low-carbon development.The fifth chapter is the fourth part of this article, the fifth chapter mainly divides the low carbonization industry type, through the division result to the five provinces and cities low carbonization industry development level difference formation influence factor has carried on the analysis, from the economic development level factor, has carried on the analysis from the economic development level factor,The factors of low carbon technology level, energy consumption structure, industrial structure and regional development are discussed.In the process of the classification of low-carbon industry, the paper makes an empirical study on the industrial low carbonization level from the perspective of the whole country, and determines the classification standard of the industrial type according to the level of carbon development.Therefore, the paper measures and compares the development level of industry low carbonization in five provinces and cities, and draws the conclusion that the development level of industry low carbonization in five provinces and cities is different, and there are differences between the same industry in different regions and different industries in the same area.There are also great differences between the five provinces and the whole country.The last two chapters are the fourth part, which belongs to the conclusion of the article.The sixth chapter puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to the development of low-carbonization industry.In the seventh chapter, the deficiency of the thesis is discussed and the future development is prospected.
