【摘要】：在新的历史发展时期，我国提出了实现农业现代化、新型工业化和新型城镇化的战略目标，这也是在实现新的民族复兴，，如果我们能够实现这个战略目标，那么我们中华民族就将重现历史上的辉煌。这三者的关系是相互协调、相互促进、互为因果的统一进程的三个面。因为新型城镇化可以带动新型工业化，新型城镇化为新型工业化实现集聚效应；为新型工业化提供服务功能；为新型工业化供应大量的各个层次的必要的劳动力。新型城镇化可以加速我国农业现代化的进程，新型城镇化发展加速了农村剩余劳动力的转移；为农业现代化的规模化、机械化提供支持；新型城镇化促进农业向农业产业化转变。新型工业化对新型城镇化具有巨大的带动作用，新型工业化对新型城镇化能够提供产业支持；我国的新型工业化提升了城镇吸纳劳动力的承载力；新型工业化也为城镇规模化发展提供了强大的财力支撑。新型工业化对加速我国的农业现代化水平具有重要的意义，新型工业化可有效转移农村剩余劳动力，这一点具有非同一般的重要意义，因为我国现在的农业还是处于传统的小农经济状态，关键的因素就在于农村的大量的劳动力不能有效的转移到非农产业，使我国农业实现规模化经营；新型工业化对农业现代化发展提供了技术资金支持；新型工业化还促进了农业产业化分工。农业现代化也是实现我国新型工业化的必要条件，如果我国的农业能够真正地现代化，它就能为工业化发展提供充足的劳动力和原材料支撑；农村工业化也是农业现代化与工业化协调统一的有效途径。而农业现代化也是实现我国新型城镇化的必要条件，农业现代化进程为城镇化发展创造了市场和要素条件；目前城乡二元结构是阻碍农业现代化与新型城镇化协调统一的关键。
[Abstract]:In the new historical development period, our country has put forward the strategic goal of realizing agricultural modernization, new industrialization and new urbanization. This is also a new national rejuvenation. If we can achieve this strategic goal, Then we, the Chinese nation, will recreate the splendor of history. These three relations are the three sides of the unified process of coordination, promotion and causation. Because new-type urbanization can drive new-type industrialization, new-type urbanization can realize agglomeration effect for new-type industrialization, provide service function for new-type industrialization, supply a large number of necessary labor force at all levels for new-type industrialization. New urbanization can accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in China, and the development of new urbanization accelerates the transfer of rural surplus labor force, and provides support for the scale and mechanization of agricultural modernization. New urbanization promotes the transformation of agriculture to agricultural industrialization. The new-type industrialization has the huge impetus function to the new-type urbanization, the new-type industrialization can provide the industry support to the new-type urbanization, the new-type industrialization of our country has promoted the carrying capacity of the towns to absorb the labor force; New industrialization also provides strong financial support for the development of cities and towns on a large scale. The new-type industrialization is of great significance to accelerate the level of agricultural modernization in our country, and the new-type industrialization can effectively transfer the surplus rural labor force, which is of great significance. Because the agriculture of our country is still in the state of traditional small-scale farming economy, the key factor lies in the fact that a large number of rural labor force can not be transferred to the non-agricultural industry effectively, so that our country's agriculture can realize large-scale management; The new industrialization provides technical capital support for the development of agricultural modernization, and promotes the division of labor in agricultural industrialization. Agricultural modernization is also a necessary condition to realize the new industrialization of our country. If our agriculture can truly modernize, it can provide sufficient labor force and raw material support for the development of industrialization. Rural industrialization is also an effective way to harmonize agricultural modernization and industrialization. Agricultural modernization is also a necessary condition for the realization of new urbanization in China, and the process of agricultural modernization has created market and factor conditions for the development of urbanization. At present, the dual structure of urban and rural areas is the key to hindering the coordination and unification of agricultural modernization and new urbanization.
