论广东“走出去”战略的理论依据和路径选择

【摘要】：党的十八大报告提出，全面提高开放型经济水平，强调适应经济全球化新形势，必须实行更加积极主动的开放战略，“加快走出去步伐，增强企业国际化经营能力，培育一批世界水平的跨国公司。”随着我国改革开放的不断深入，企业“走出去”进行海外投资，即发展对外直接投资战略，这是适应经济全球化进程的必然趋势，也是我国对外开放新阶段的重要战略举措。作为中国开放型经济的代表，，广东在中国外资外贸中占据半壁江山，新时期探索对外开放新的突破口，需从深层次入手，从投资主体、投资方式、投资模式及投资区域等方面有所创新。广东探索“走出去”战略的实践，有着深厚的理论渊源，是马克思主义“世界市场”“全球的生产”理论到我国对外开放思想的延续，在中国特色社会主义对外开放理论中具有独特地位和价值。新时期广东实施“走出去”战略，不仅需要企业自身增强国际化管理水平和全球竞争能力，还需要政府、各社会组织不断完善企业“走出去”的服务体系。
