促进吉林省产业集群高效发展的对策研究

【摘要】：产业集群是衡量一个国家和地区发展水平的重要指标,中国其它地区利用产业集群这一有效组织形式,催化了当地的经济发展。吉林省作为中国的重要粮食产业基地,制造业基地,产业经济基础雄厚。高效发展旨在以可持续发展理念为基础,以提高产业竞争力为核心,通过吉林省产业集群的健康快速发展,推动吉林省经济的新增长。本文结合对产业优势集群基本理论的分析,查阅国内外大量相关文献,搜集有关吉林省产业集群相关的一手数据并经大量计算,完成了对吉林省产业集群状况的研究。结论是吉林省的优势产业虽初具规模,但效率低下,缺乏可持续发展的后劲,实质上并未形成真正意义上的产业集群。本文通过研究影响吉林省产业集群在形成、发展过程中存在的诸多问题,又借鉴了国内外的典型案例,进而提出了高效发展产业集群的合理建议与科学路径。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is an important index to measure the development level of a country and region. The other areas of China use the effective organization form of industrial cluster to catalyze the local economic development. Jilin province is an important grain industry base of China, a manufacturing base, and a strong industrial base. The high efficiency development aims at the concept of sustainable development. In order to improve the competitiveness of the industry as the core, through the healthy and rapid development of the industrial cluster in Jilin Province, the new growth of Jilin's economy is promoted. In this paper, the basic theory of industrial cluster is analyzed, a large number of relevant documents at home and abroad are consulted, and the first-hand data related to the industrial cluster in Jilin province are collected and completed by a large number of calculations. The research on the status of industrial clusters in Jilin province. The conclusion is that although the dominant industry in Jilin has begun to take shape, it is inefficient and lacks the stamina of sustainable development, it does not actually form a real industrial cluster. In this paper, many problems affecting the formation and development of industrial clusters in Jilin province are studied, and the domestic and foreign countries are used for reference. Typical cases, and then put forward reasonable suggestions and scientific paths for the efficient development of industrial clusters.
