高技术产业集群知识溢出对区域创新产出的影响研究——以北京市中关村科技园为例

【摘要】：高技术产业集群是区域创新系统的主体,知识溢出是高技术产业集群作用于区域创新产出的动力机制。文章基于人员流动及企业衍生两种机制,对高技术产业集群知识溢出的区域创新效应进行了理论分析并提出关系假设;以北京市中关村科技园为实证对象,运用典型相关分析法(CCA)验证了所提假设;基于研究结论分别从促进人员流动和企业衍生两方面提出了对应的政策建议;最后提出了后续研究的展望。
[Abstract]:The high-tech industrial cluster is the main body of the regional innovation system. Knowledge spillover is the dynamic mechanism of the high-tech industry cluster on regional innovation output. Based on two mechanisms of personnel flow and enterprise derivation, this paper analyses the regional innovation effect of the knowledge spillover of high-tech industrial clusters and puts forward the relationship hypothesis; in Beijing City The Guan Cun Science Park is a demonstration object, using the typical correlation analysis (CCA) to verify the proposed hypothesis; based on the conclusions of the research, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from two aspects of promoting personnel flow and enterprise derivation. Finally, the prospect of follow-up research is put forward.
