陕北地区构建区域产业链与统筹城乡互动发展研究

【摘要】：近年来，地处黄土高原腹地的陕北地区凭借自身丰厚的资源优势，在经济发展中取得了巨大的成就。同时在国家政策的指引以及地方政府的主导下，陕北地区城乡一体化也取得了一定的成就。当然，也要看到陕北地区在社会经济发展中存在的产业结构不合理、农业发展滞后、农民收入和消费水平低等问题。本文对陕北地区经济社会发展的现状进行研究分析并总结指出该地区社会经济发展的优势与劣势，希望能为陕北地区的发展产生积极影响。本文认为，陕北地区应该积极延展城乡两个地域空间、拓宽现有的产业链条，构建一套协调的产业体系，进而缩小城乡差别、整合城乡优势、缓和城乡对立，实现区域内的产业互动与空间共融，缓解城乡之间的二元矛盾，最终达到缩小城乡之间差异的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, northern Shaanxi, located in the hinterland of the Loess Plateau, has made great achievements in economic development by virtue of its rich resource advantages. At the same time, under the guidance of national policy and local government, the integration of urban and rural areas has made some achievements. Of course, we should also see that the industrial structure is unreasonable, the agricultural development lags behind, and the peasants' income and consumption level are low in the social and economic development of northern Shaanxi. This paper studies and analyzes the present situation of economic and social development in northern Shaanxi and points out the advantages and disadvantages of social and economic development in this region, hoping to have a positive impact on the development of northern Shaanxi. This paper holds that Northern Shaanxi should actively extend the urban and rural areas, broaden the existing industrial chain, construct a coordinated industrial system, and then narrow the urban-rural differences, integrate the advantages of urban and rural areas, and ease the urban-rural antagonism. Realize the regional industrial interaction and spatial integration, alleviate the dual contradiction between urban and rural areas, and finally achieve the purpose of narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas.
