中原经济区建设背景下河南省高校作用与发展探究

【摘要】：中原经济区建设是促进河南发展、支撑中部崛起、强化东西联动、服务国家大局的重要方略,也是河南高等教育发展的绝佳契机,能有效破解高校发展"钱从哪里来"、"人到哪里去"、"质量怎么保"、"学校怎么办"等问题。高校在中原经济区建设中肩负着人才培养、科技创新、文化传承、社会服务的重要功能,探究中原经济区建设赋予高校的责任和使命,谋划中原经济区建设背景下高校发展的思路和举措,对于提升河南高等教育的整体水平,促进河南经济社会快速发展具有积极作用。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone is an important strategy for promoting the development of Henan, supporting the rise of the central region, strengthening the linkage between the east and the west, and serving the overall situation of the country. It is also an excellent opportunity for the development of higher education in Henan. It can effectively solve the problems of "where money comes from", "where people go", "how to guarantee quality" and "how to do school". In the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, colleges and universities shoulder the important functions of talent training, scientific and technological innovation, cultural inheritance and social service, and probe into the responsibilities and missions entrusted to colleges and universities by the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone. Planning the ideas and measures for the development of colleges and universities under the background of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone plays a positive role in promoting the overall level of higher education in Henan and promoting the rapid development of Henan's economy and society.
