我国农村消费的区域性差异对经济增长的影响

【摘要】:改革开放多年以来,我国的经济增长仍然一直是靠政府投资来推动的,而消费在我国经济中的占比一直不高。随着经济的不断发展,这种投资推动经济增长的模式逐渐显露其不足,消费不足已严重制约了我国经济的健康和快速发展。我国农村消费市场巨大,而多年来却一直没得到重视,目前,农村消费不足已成为我国经济社会协调发展的重大问题之一,并严重影响了以启动经济为目标的宏观经济政策的效果。 由于我国地域广阔,各个地区发展基础和增长速度的不同,导致各个地区发展的不平衡。农村消费的差异性与我国近些年提出的区域经济协调性发展和居民生活水平的全面提高是不相一致的,影响了全国政策的推进和实施,并阻碍了经济的全面协调发展。 本文首先回顾梳理了国内外相关文献,通过对当前研究成果的归纳总结与分析,确定本文的研究主题为我国农村消费的区域性差异对经济增长的影响。接着,本文对居民消费、经济增长及其两者关系的内涵进行回顾,并对农村居民消费促进经济增长的机理进行详细分析。再次,对我国农村居民消费和经济增长的现状进行分析,从消费水平、消费规模和消费结构三个层面对农村居民消费进行了描述性统计分析,从经济发展水平和产业结构两个层面对经济增长进行了描述性统计分析,以客观了解目前我国农村居民消费和经济增长的现状。随后,从理论角度和实证角度对我国农村居民消费区域性差异的影响因素进行探究。对前人的相关成果进行归纳分类,给出了农村居民消费的影响因素,并对各因素进行了定量分析。接着运用面板数据模型,分别采用误差修正模型和协整检验,从农村居民消费水平和消费结构两个层面对经济发展和产业结构调整的长短期促进作用进行了定量测算。考虑到东中西三大地区之间的空间差异,除了全国的整体情况,更为具体地测算了不同区域农村居民消费对经济增长的促进作用。 最后,结合实证结果,分中,东,西三个地区,从以下四个角度提出了几点政策建议。一,培育消费观念;二、调整农村消费结构;三、建设农村消费环境;四、制定差异化消费政策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for many years, the economic growth of our country is still driven by the government investment, but the proportion of consumption in our economy is not high all the time. With the continuous development of economy, this pattern of investment to promote economic growth has gradually revealed its shortcomings, and insufficient consumption has seriously restricted the healthy and rapid development of our economy. The rural consumption market in our country is huge, but it has not been paid attention to for many years. At present, the shortage of rural consumption has become one of the major problems in the coordinated development of our country's economy and society. And has seriously affected the macroeconomic policy effect which starts the economy as the goal. Because of the wide area of our country and the difference of the development foundation and growth speed of each region, the development of each region is unbalanced. The difference of rural consumption is inconsistent with the coordinated development of regional economy and the overall improvement of residents' living standard, which affects the promotion and implementation of national policies and hinders the overall and coordinated development of the economy. This paper reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad, through the summary and analysis of current research results, determines that the theme of this study is the impact of regional differences in rural consumption on economic growth in China. Then, this paper reviews the connotation of resident consumption, economic growth and their relationship, and analyzes in detail the mechanism of rural residents' consumption to promote economic growth. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the current situation of rural residents' consumption and economic growth in China, and makes a descriptive statistical analysis of rural residents' consumption from three aspects: consumption level, consumption scale and consumption structure. This paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of economic growth from the two aspects of economic development level and industrial structure in order to objectively understand the current situation of rural residents' consumption and economic growth in China. Then, from the theoretical and empirical point of view, the paper explores the factors affecting the regional differences of rural residents' consumption. The related achievements of predecessors are summarized and classified, the influencing factors of rural residents' consumption are given, and the factors are analyzed quantitatively. Then, using panel data model, error correction model and cointegration test are used to measure quantitatively the long-term and short-term promotion effects of economic development and industrial structure adjustment from two aspects of rural residents' consumption level and consumption structure. Taking into account the spatial difference among the three major regions of East and West, in addition to the overall situation of the whole country, the paper calculates more concretely the promoting effect of rural residents' consumption on economic growth in different regions. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the following four angles: middle, east and west. First, cultivate consumption concept; second, adjust rural consumption structure; third, build rural consumption environment; fourth, formulate differentiated consumption policy.
