长沙市休闲农业模式评价及可持续发展研究

【摘要】：目前世界各国,在面对日益增长的人口压力、不断恶化的农业生产环境、逐渐走向枯竭的石油能源等多方面的挑战的情况下,都在探索符合自身发展情况的新型农业可持续发展之路。其中比较有代表性有：以重视资源节约为代表的美国的“替代农业”,以重视自然环境保护为代表的日本“自然农业”,以重视生物科学作用的德国“生物动力农业”,以重视生态环境保护为代表的中国的“生态农业”。严峻的农业发展现实给国内外的专家和学者带来了深刻的反思,转变农业经济发展模式已经是迫在眉睫、刻不容缓。长沙市发展可持续生态农业的合理做法如下：其一,结合现代科技,彻底改变现在粗放式经营的农业生产方式;其二,结合可持续发展观,逐步建立现代农业生产体系；其三,注重建立富有地方特色的生态农业；其四,以可持续发展观为指导更新现代农业发展观念,不断提高农业人口素质;其五,严格按照生态农业的基本原理办事,建设稳定完善的法律体系和政策体系等。本文首先综述了生态农业的概念、相关理论和发展条件以及可持续农业的概念、相关理论以及发展条件；其次,本文在结合长沙市生态农业发展的实践的基础上,分别论述了虎山植物园教学模式、市郊都市生态模式、千龙湖模式和青龙寨花猪肉产学研观光旅游模式的概况、可行性、特点等;最后,本文提出了长沙生态农业可持续发展的对策。
[Abstract]:At present, in the face of increasing population pressure, deteriorating agricultural production environment, and gradually moving towards exhausted oil and energy resources, various countries in the world are facing various challenges. Both are exploring a new way of sustainable agricultural development in line with their own development. Some of them are as follows: "alternative agriculture" in the United States, represented by the importance of resource conservation, "natural agriculture" in Japan, represented by the importance of natural environment protection, and "biodynamic agriculture" in Germany, which attaches importance to the role of biological science. China's "ecological agriculture", represented by attaching importance to the protection of the ecological environment. The austere reality of agricultural development has brought profound reflection to experts and scholars at home and abroad. It is urgent to change the mode of agricultural economic development. The reasonable ways to develop sustainable ecological agriculture in Changsha are as follows: first, combining with modern science and technology, thoroughly changing the present extensive agricultural production mode; second, establishing modern agricultural production system step by step with the concept of sustainable development; Third, pay attention to the establishment of ecological agriculture with local characteristics; Fourth, under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, we should renew the concept of modern agricultural development and constantly improve the quality of the agricultural population. Fifthly, we should act strictly in accordance with the basic principles of ecological agriculture and build a stable and perfect legal and policy system. Firstly, this paper summarizes the concept of ecological agriculture, related theories and development conditions, as well as the concept of sustainable agriculture, related theories and development conditions; Secondly, on the basis of the practice of ecological agriculture development in Changsha, this paper discusses the teaching mode of Hushan Botanical Garden, the ecological model of suburban city, the model of Qianlong Lake and the tourism mode of tourism of Azure Dragon's pork production, education and research. Feasibility, characteristics and so on; Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of sustainable development of ecological agriculture in Changsha.
