【摘要】：正《金融学季刊》是由中国金融学年会主办,中山大学岭南学院承办,北京大学出版社出版的专业学术刊物,主要刊登有关资产定价、公司财务与治理、金融市场与金融机构、金融工程、货币银行、国际金融等领域的高水平学术性论文。从2014年4月1日开始,《金融学季刊》编辑部正式迁址到中山大学岭南学院。《金融学季刊》鼓励采用国际规范的研究方法,研究中国(含香港和台湾)资本市场问题的论文。研
[Abstract]:The Quarterly of Finance is sponsored by the Annual Conference of Chinese Finance, hosted by Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University, and published by Peking University Press. It mainly publishes articles on asset pricing, corporate finance and governance, financial markets and financial institutions. Financial engineering, monetary banking, international finance and other areas of high level academic papers. Since April 1, 2014, the editorial department of the Quarterly of Finance has been officially relocated to Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University. The Quarterly of Finance encourages the use of internationally standardized research methods to study the capital market problems in China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan). Research
