美国东亚战略调整及其对东亚一体化的影响

【摘要】：20世纪90年代末,东亚经济一体化在应对1997年东亚金融危机的挑战中艰难起步,并取得了长足发展。不过,东亚的一体化进程从来就不单纯是东亚国家的事情。美国作为东亚"特殊"的域外国家,其影响力不容低估。特别是奥巴马政府执政后,美国积极推行亚太再平衡战略,对此,东亚国家的反应不一。双方之间的互动不可避免地对东亚的一体化进程造成深远影响。这种影响短期内来看,消极的成分较多;而从较长时期来看,其积极方面很可能增大。
[Abstract]:At the end of 1990s, East Asian economic integration began hard to deal with the challenges of the 1997 East Asian financial crisis, and made great progress. However, the process of integration in East Asia has never been purely a matter for East Asian countries. As a special foreign country in East Asia, the influence of the United States should not be underestimated. In particular, after the Obama administration, the United States actively pursued the Asia-Pacific rebalancing strategy, to which East Asian countries have different reactions. The interaction between the two sides inevitably has a profound impact on the integration process in East Asia. In the short term, the effects are more negative; in the longer term, the positive side is likely to increase.
