上风上水尚西城——漯河市西城区强势崛起托举漯河发展增长极

【摘要】：5年,弹指一挥间,在历史的长河中也只是一朵小小的浪花,但在西城区的发展之路上,却是一段波澜壮阔的征程。5年,也就是这短短5年,在漯河上风上水的地方,从一张白纸、一片荒芜城郊的平地上,奇迹般崛起一座现代新城,它犹如一个沐浴之后的少女,一路芬芳,青春靓丽,从远处走来。它凝聚着西城人的奋斗与梦想,记录着漯河人的发展与渴望……
[Abstract]:Five years, in the long river of history, it was only a small spray, but on the road of development in Xicheng District, it was a magnificent journey. Five years, that is, this short five years, was the place where Luohe had the upper wind and the upper water. From a piece of white paper, a deserted suburban flat, a miracle rise of a modern city, it like a girl after a bath, all the way fragrant, beautiful youth, from a distance. It condenses the struggle and dream of Xicheng people and records the development and desire of Luohe people.
