共享:国家发展理念的突破与升华

【摘要】：十八届五中全会首次阐述了共享的发展理念,揭示了从鼓励先富转向追求共富的国家发展取向。围绕全面建成小康社会背景下的民生问题所采取的一系列举措,将使人民主体地位得到进一步确立,而人民生活质量的普遍提高将成为国家发展的重要标志。
[Abstract]:The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee first expounded the concept of shared development and revealed the orientation of national development from encouraging the first rich to pursuing the common rich. A series of measures taken around the people's livelihood under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way will further establish the status of the people as the main body, and the general improvement of the quality of life of the people will become an important symbol of the development of the country.
