战略性新兴产业促进经济增长的机制与路径研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化的深入发展和全球金融危机的深远影响之下,培育和发展战略性新兴产业已成为我国加快形成新的经济发展方式,实现经济持续稳定健康发展的重要战略选择。研究战略性新兴产业为什么会促进经济增长,以及怎样促进经济增长的机制和路径,对于加快战略性新兴产业发展并促进经济增长具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文在大量调查研究和数据处理的基础上,对战略性新兴产业带动经济增长的机制和路径进行分析,并利用结构方程模型对各路径进行了实证检验和测算。全文由五章构成。第1章主要说明研究背景和意义,对国内外相关研究文献进行综述；第2章通过分析战略性新兴产业的三大特点,结合创新理论、关联理论和主导产业理论对其促进经济增长的机制进行分析;第3章结合战略性新兴产业的特点及其促进经济增长的作用机制,从理论上分析战略性新兴产业带动经济增长的具体路径；第4章运用结构方程模型对诸路径进行实证检验；最后一章是对全文的总结和相关政策建议。 文章的主要贡献在于,依据战略性新兴产业高创新性、高成长性和高关联性等特点,运用创新理论、关联理论和主导产业理论,揭示了战略性新兴产业促进经济增长的作用机制；依据战略性新兴产业的特点及其带动经济增长的作用机制,借鉴国内外战略性新兴产业发展经验,构建了战略性新兴产业通过技术进步、产业结构升级和外贸结构优化促进经济增长的三条路径；运用结构方程模型和AMOS软件实际测算出战略性新兴产业促进经济增长诸路径的路径系数：战略性新兴产业既通过产业成长速度直接作用于经济增长,其路径系数为0.136；又通过技术进步和产业结构升级二条路径间接作用于经济增长,其路径系数为0.346；虽然战略性新兴产业通过产业创新能力对经济增长并没有直接作用,但通过技术进步和产业结构升级二条路径间接作用于经济增长,其路径系数高达0.658；技术进步和产业结构升级是战略性新兴产业带动经济增长的二条基本路径,其路径系数分别为0.868和0.138。
[Abstract]:Under the deep development of economic globalization and the far-reaching influence of the global financial crisis, the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries has become an important strategic choice for our country to accelerate the formation of a new economic development mode and realize the sustained, stable and healthy development of the economy. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study why strategic emerging industries can promote economic growth and how to promote the mechanism and path of economic growth in order to speed up the development of strategic emerging industries and promote economic growth. On the basis of a great deal of investigation and data processing, this paper analyzes the mechanism and path of economic growth driven by strategic emerging industries, and empirically tests and calculates each path by using structural equation model. The full text consists of five chapters. The first chapter mainly explains the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad. Chapter 2 analyzes the mechanism of promoting economic growth by analyzing the three characteristics of strategic emerging industries, combining with innovation theory, relevance theory and leading industry theory. The third chapter combines the characteristics of strategic emerging industries and the mechanism of promoting economic growth, analyzes the specific path of strategic emerging industries to promote economic growth from the theoretical point of view; The fourth chapter uses the structural equation model to test the paths, and the last chapter is the summary of the whole paper and the relevant policy recommendations. The main contribution of this paper lies in the application of innovation theory, relevance theory and leading industry theory according to the characteristics of strategic emerging industries such as high innovation, high growth and high relevance. It reveals the function mechanism of strategic emerging industries to promote economic growth; According to the characteristics of strategic emerging industries and the mechanism of promoting economic growth, this paper constructs the strategic emerging industries through technological progress by drawing lessons from the development experience of strategic emerging industries at home and abroad. The upgrading of industrial structure and the optimization of foreign trade structure can promote economic growth. Using structural equation model and AMOS software to calculate the path coefficient of strategic emerging industry to promote economic growth: the path coefficient of strategic emerging industry is 0.136 because of the direct action of strategic emerging industry on economic growth through the speed of industrial growth; The economic growth is indirectly affected by technological progress and industrial structure upgrading, and its path coefficient is 0.346; Although strategic emerging industries have no direct effect on economic growth through the ability of industrial innovation, the path coefficient of strategic emerging industries is as high as 0.658 through the two paths of technological progress and industrial structure upgrading. Technological progress and industrial structure upgrading are the two basic paths for strategic emerging industries to drive economic growth, with a path coefficient of 0.868 and 0.138, respectively.
