江苏省连云港市城乡收入差距问题研究

【摘要】：就目前来看,我国“三农”问题的长期存在和固定化趋势的加重,已经严重的影响到了中央全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的战略。因此,将城乡收入差距做为“三农”问题的侧面对其做一个深入的剖析是非常有必要的,。本文对江苏省连云港市的城乡收入差距的现状进行分析,首先是对理论的提炼,明确出城乡收入差距的概念界定、背景分析以及一些负面影响的概述,然后是对案例的具体分析,首先从对江苏省的城乡收入差距现状分析来看,连云港市全省城乡收入差距最大的地区,所以选取它作为主要分析对象,通过对连云港目前的城乡收入差距问题来看,主要反映在城镇人均收入超出农民较多,而且城镇收入增长速度快于农村居民,从绝对数来看,城乡居民收入差距呈逐年扩大态势从收入来源对比来看,城乡收入各个来源所占的份额差距较大,所以说连云港的收入差距问题还是比较突出,在现状分析和理论提炼的基础上,将连云港的城乡收入差距原因分析为分配制度改革后果、经济结构不完善、产业结构不合理,保障制度不全以及户籍限制等多种原因,并在对这些原因明晰的基础上分别从制度、经济、保障等各个方面提出了相关的建议,不仅是为连云港的城乡收入问题提供一些借鉴,并突出解决“城乡收入差距”问题的重要性,也是对对解决农民问题,缓解农业、农村问题,实现社会和谐发展具有现实的意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the long-term existence of the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and the aggravation of the trend of immobilization have seriously affected the strategy of building a well-off society and a harmonious society in an all-round way. Therefore, it is very necessary to do an in-depth analysis of the income gap between urban and rural areas as the aspect of the "three rural issues". This paper analyzes the current situation of urban-rural income gap in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Firstly, it refines the theory, defines the concept of urban-rural income gap, analyzes the background and summarizes some negative effects. Then the concrete analysis of the case, first of all, from the analysis of the current situation of urban-rural income gap in Jiangsu Province, Lianyungang has the largest urban-rural income gap in the province, so choose it as the main object of analysis. According to the current urban-rural income gap in Lianyungang, it is mainly reflected in the fact that the per capita income of cities and towns exceeds that of farmers, and the growth of urban income is faster than that of rural residents, in terms of absolute numbers, The income gap between urban and rural residents is expanding year by year. From the comparison of income sources, the share gap between urban and rural income sources is large, so the problem of income gap in Lianyungang is still quite prominent. On the basis of the analysis of the present situation and theoretical refinement, this paper analyzes the causes of the urban-rural income gap in Lianyungang as the consequence of the reform of the distribution system, the imperfection of the economic structure, the unreasonable industrial structure, the incomplete security system and the restriction of household registration, and so on. On the basis of the clarity of these reasons, the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions from the aspects of system, economy and security, not only to provide some reference for the urban and rural income of Lianyungang, but also to provide some references for the urban and rural income of Lianyungang. It is also of practical significance to solve the problem of "urban-rural income gap", to solve the problem of farmers, to alleviate the problems of agriculture and rural areas, and to realize the harmonious development of society.
