四川省区域经济发展差异性研究

【摘要】：区域经济发展差异,普遍存在于各国的经济发展中。中国是最大的发展中国家,这样一个人口众多、经济基础薄弱的大国,其面临的经济增长、区域经济发展差异问题也尤为迫切。以往学者们多数都致力于研究我国传统东部、中部和西部三大地带之间或是各个省际之间,而对省域内部区域经济的差异研究很少。本文在区域均衡与非均衡发展理论的指导下,从实证分析的角度出发,运用因子分析法中的主成分分析法,以西南地区较大省份之一的四川省为研究对象,以四川21个市州为研究的区域单元,以2008年-2010年为研究的时间序列,对四川省域内部区域经济发展差异进行动态分析。全文包括七部分内容：第一部分,绪论,概括了研究的背景、目的和意义,在国内外已有研究成果基础上,提出整篇文章的研究思路、方法和创新性；第二部分,总结区域经济发展差异的理论基础以及对本文的指导意义；第三部分,介绍四川省区域经济发展差异性的指标体系与评价方法；第四部分,四川省区域经济差异的实证分析；第五部分,基于以上研究结果论述四川省区域经济差异的影响因素：第六部分,提出促进四川省域内部区域经济协调发展的建议；第七部分,结论与展望。研究发现,四川省区域发展水平不平衡,地区差异性显著。以成都为中心的成都经济区经济发展实力最强,水平最高,经济发展水平从高到底依次为川南经济区、川东北经济区、攀西和川西北经济区。基于上述研究成果,本文从自然环境因素、区位因素、历史因素、政策因素、人力资本因素及投资因等6个方面深入分析了四川省区域经济差异产生的原因。提出缩小四川省区域经济差异、促进省内区域经济协调发展的政策措施。本文结合了四川省经济社会发展的实际情况,对四川省21个市州经济社发展差异进行实证研究。本文在研究方法、研究内容、时间序列上有一定的创新性。但在研究的指标选择、数据的连续性上还存在一定不足。
[Abstract]:Regional economic development differences, generally exist in the economic development of countries. China is the largest developing country, such a big country with a large population and weak economic base, its economic growth, regional economic development differences are particularly urgent. In the past, most of the scholars devoted themselves to the study of the traditional eastern, central and western parts of China, or between the provinces, but there is little research on the regional economic differences within the province. Under the guidance of the theory of regional equilibrium and unbalanced development, from the point of view of empirical analysis, this paper uses the principal component analysis in factor analysis to take Sichuan Province, one of the larger provinces in southwest China, as the research object. Taking 21 cities and prefectures of Sichuan province as the regional units and the time series from 2008 to 2010 as the research time series, this paper makes a dynamic analysis of the regional economic development differences within the Sichuan region. The full text includes seven parts: the first part, the introduction, summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the study, on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad, puts forward the research ideas, methods and innovation of the whole article; The second part summarizes the theoretical basis of regional economic development differences and the guiding significance of this paper; the third part introduces the index system and evaluation methods of regional economic development differences in Sichuan Province; The fourth part, the empirical analysis of regional economic differences in Sichuan Province; the fifth part, based on the above research results, discusses the influencing factors of regional economic differences in Sichuan Province: the sixth part, puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of regional economy within Sichuan Province; The seventh part, conclusion and prospect. It is found that the regional development level of Sichuan Province is unbalanced and the regional difference is significant. Chengdu economic zone with Chengdu as the center has the strongest economic development strength and the highest level. From the high to the end, the economic development level is south Sichuan economic zone, northeast Sichuan economic zone, Panxi and northwest Sichuan economic zone. Based on the above research results, this paper analyzes the causes of regional economic differences in Sichuan Province from six aspects: natural environment factors, location factors, historical factors, policy factors, human capital factors and investment factors. This paper puts forward the policy measures to reduce the regional economic difference and promote the coordinated development of regional economy in Sichuan province. Based on the actual situation of economic and social development in Sichuan Province, this paper makes an empirical study on the development differences of 21 cities and states in Sichuan Province. In this paper, there are some innovations in the research methods, research contents and time series. However, in the selection of indicators, there are still some deficiencies in the continuity of the data.
