云南Z村佤族酒之消费变迁

【摘要】:佤族是一个世居于云南西南部山区的山地民族,在漫长的历史发展进程中形成了其独特的习惯和文化。佤族人喜饮酒,擅饮酒,酒贯穿他们生活的每一天、每一个重要场合。无论是涉及农事的春种秋收,还是人生历程的各个节点,抑或是访友待客,甚至宗教祭祀等,佤族生产、生活的方方面面都离不开酒。 水酒作为佤族的标签之一,伴随着佤族走过悠长的岁月,融入了佤族生活的方方面面,成为了佤族文化不可或缺的一部分。随着社会经济的发展,佤山地区与外界的交流不断加深、加强,外界的信息、物品逐渐进入佤山地区,佤族开始接触白酒、啤酒等外界之酒,并逐渐以白酒、啤酒代替水酒。消费即文化,消费即认同,消费不同的物品酒成为了不同的人。酒的消费变化不仅映证着佤山地区经济发展,也昭示着佤族文化的变迁。 本文主要分为六个部分,导论就论文的选题意义及所用的研究方法进行了简单的介绍,梳理了相关研究现状。第一章概括介绍了佤族传统消费及变迁。第二章介绍了Z村佤族酒的消费现状。第三章讲述了Z村佤族酒的消费变化。第四章讨论了酒的分类消费。第五章简述了Z村佤族酒的消费变迁及酒文化变迁。结语认为Z村佤族整处于一个变化时期,其酒的消费变化不仅映证着其社会经济变化,也昭示着其传统文化的变化。笔者认为,民族地区的发展应在尊重当地社会文化的前提下,促进当地文化自觉,因地制宜地发展社会经济,同时应加强传统文化保护,引导当地人更加自觉地传承及保护传统文化。
[Abstract]:WA nationality is a mountain nationality living in the mountainous areas of southwest Yunnan, which has formed its unique habits and culture in the long process of historical development. WA people like to drink, good at drinking, wine throughout their lives every day, every important occasion. Whether it is the spring harvest involving agriculture, the nodes of life, or visiting friends to treat guests, and even religious sacrifices, WA people can not do without wine in all aspects of their lives. As one of the labels of WA nationality, water wine has been integrated into all aspects of WA life after a long period of time, and has become an indispensable part of WA culture. With the development of social economy, the communication between WA Mountain area and the outside world has been deepened and strengthened. The external information and articles have gradually entered the WA Mountain area. The WA people began to come into contact with liquor, beer and other external wines, and gradually replaced water wine with liquor and beer. Consumption is culture, consumption is identity, consumption of different goods and wine has become different people. The change of wine consumption not only reflects the economic development of WA Mountain area, but also shows the change of WA culture. This paper is divided into six parts. The introduction briefly introduces the significance of the topic selection and the research methods used, and combs the related research status. The first chapter briefly introduces the traditional consumption and changes of WA nationality. The second chapter introduces the consumption status of WA wine in Z village. The third chapter describes the consumption changes of WA wine in Z village. The fourth chapter discusses the classified consumption of wine. The fifth chapter briefly describes the consumption and cultural changes of WA wine in Z village. The conclusion is that the WA nationality in Z village is in a period of change, and the change of wine consumption not only reflects its social and economic changes, but also shows the changes of its traditional culture. The author believes that the development of ethnic minority areas should promote the consciousness of local culture, develop the social economy according to local conditions, and strengthen the protection of traditional culture under the premise of respecting the local social culture. Guide the local people to inherit and protect the traditional culture more consciously.
