对《纽约时报》中关于中国经济报道的批评性语篇分析

新闻语篇作为一种传播媒介,对大众的意识层面产生着非同寻常的影响。新闻报道职业要求客观性和公正性，但在实际上，它受到政治、历史传统、社会和文化等因素的影响。西方新闻界所标榜的客观性和公正性，是否如其所宣称的那样，其语篇之下是否隐含着其所代表的社会意识形态和权力关系，这是本论文要研究的核心问题。批评性语篇分析是应用人文和社会科学的思想于语言研究，对语篇进行分析的一门跨学科的领域，对于涉及人类社会各个领域的新闻语篇的分析，提供了一种有效的方法。它以语言学理论为基础,与人文和社会科学的思想方法，如政治学、社会学、心理学和传播学等的思想方法相结合，通过对语篇特征的分析，揭示语篇中隐含的意识形态和权利关系及其他深层次因素。本研究以批评性语篇分析为工具，用具体的西方有关经济问题报道为语料，来探讨所谓客观新闻报道后面的政治意识形态和社会权力关系，揭示所研究的核心问题，即所谓客观报道背后的报道人的主观的因素。本文的另一个意义在通过了解语言文字和新闻报道之下的意识形态及社会权力实质，研究如何提高受众对新闻语篇的批判鉴赏能力,识别其所代表的态度，对西方新闻报道有更加深刻的理解。本文以韩礼德的系统功能语言学理...
