基于弹性耦合的三激振电机椭圆振动筛动力学研究

【摘要】:振动筛是用于物料的筛分、输送、脱水等的常用机械,已广泛应用于矿山、冶金、食品、能源等领域。在石油钻井工程作业中,振动筛作为第一级固控设备,筛分出大量的固相,具有不可替代的作用。目前,振动筛逐渐朝着大型化、高强度、大处理量等方向发展。同时,振动筛多激振源、多层筛网的发展是一个较热的趋势。本文针对目前的三激振电机自同步椭圆振动筛存在的缺陷,提出了一种新型三激振电机椭圆振动筛,实现了同向旋转的两激振电机0°附近的同相同步。对于该振动筛系统,本文从理论分析、数值计算、计算机模拟以及实验验证上开展了一系列的研究。主要工作如下:(1)基于弹性耦合同向旋转的双激振电机振动系统和弹性耦合的三激振电机椭圆振动筛系统的物理模型,应用拉格朗日方程建立了系统的动力学方程,并用庞加莱法求解出了系统在各个方向的近似稳态响应,推导出了系统的平衡方程和稳定性准则。(2)通过将工程参数代入到平衡方程和稳定性准则,对系统相位差进行了数值计算。在自同步状态下,定量地分析了系统稳定的相位差和同步稳定性受一些参数的影响。尤其是耦合单元的刚度系数、激振电机的安装位置等参数。(3)为了验证理论推导和数值计算的正确性。本文在Matlab/Simulink板块中搭建相应的机电耦合模型,对振动系统的微分方程进行了计算机动态仿真,进一步揭示了系统自同步同步机理。(4)根据本文提出的弹性耦合的三激振电机自同步椭圆振动筛模型,设计了实验样机,进行了加工组装调试,通过振动测试仪器和高速摄像机对系统进行了同步性实验测试,验证了理论分析、计算机模拟的正确性。上述的研究工作为开发设计大型高效的平动椭圆振动筛提供了强有力的支撑。
[Abstract]:Vibrating screen is commonly used for material screening, conveying, dehydration and so on. It has been widely used in mining, metallurgy, food, energy and other fields. In petroleum drilling engineering, vibrating screen is the first stage solid control equipment. At present, the vibrating screen is gradually developing towards the direction of large scale, high intensity and large handling capacity. At the same time, the vibrating screen has many exciting sources. The development of multi-layer screen is a hot trend. Aiming at the defects of the current self-synchronous elliptical vibrating screen of three-excited motor, a new type of elliptical vibrating screen of three-excitation motor is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the in-phase synchronization of two exciting motors with coaxial rotation near 0 掳is realized. The theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of the vibrating screen system are presented in this paper. A series of studies have been carried out on computer simulation and experimental verification. The physical models of the double exciting motor vibration system based on elastic coupling corotating and the elliptic vibrating screen system of three exciting motor based on elastic coupling. The dynamic equation of the system is established by using Lagrange equation, and the approximate steady state response of the system in all directions is solved by using the Poincare method. The equilibrium equation and stability criterion of the system are derived. (2) the phase difference of the system is numerically calculated by inserting the engineering parameters into the equilibrium equation and the stability criterion. The stable phase difference and synchronization stability of the system are quantitatively analyzed by some parameters, especially the stiffness coefficient of the coupling element. In order to verify the correctness of theoretical derivation and numerical calculation, this paper builds the corresponding electromechanical coupling model in Matlab/Simulink plate. The dynamic simulation of differential equation of vibration system is carried out, and the self-synchronization mechanism of the system is further revealed. According to the elastic coupling model proposed in this paper, the self-synchronous elliptical vibrating screen model of three-excitation motor is proposed. The experimental prototype was designed, the machining and debugging was carried out, and the synchronous experimental test of the system was carried out by vibration testing instrument and high-speed camera, and the theoretical analysis was verified. The above work provides a strong support for the development and design of a large and efficient elliptical vibrating screen.
