往复式压缩机泄漏故障诊断仪的研发

【摘要】:往复式压缩机是工业上应用很广的一种重要的机械设备,其结构复杂、零部件多、工作强度大,往往某一个组件发生故障就会造成压缩机的瘫痪。而往复式压缩机一般都处在工业上的重要环节,往复式压缩机的瘫痪就会造成整套设备或生产线的停车,造成无法估量的损失。对于这类重型机械,故障或停车的发生甚至可能会威胁人身安全。而往复式压缩机的泄漏故障,即气阀漏气的故障,占了往复式压缩机总故障率的60%~70%,对往复式压缩机泄漏故障的检测的重要性不言而喻。在此背景下,本文针对往复式压缩机的工作模式及其泄漏故障的原理,以声发射检测技术为手段,设计一套往复式压缩机泄漏故障检测系统,并研制出一台往复式压缩机泄漏故障诊断仪。具体工作如下:1.首先阐述了往复式压缩机泄漏故障诊断的研究意义,并通过查阅文献对该领域国内外研究现状进行了调研。得出往复式压缩机的主要故障就是泄漏故障,而造成往复式压缩机泄漏故障的主要原因就是气阀的漏气故障的结论。确定了研究对象,为仪器的研发指明了方向。2.对往复式压缩机的结构及其工作原理、气阀的结构及其工作原理进行了阐述,在对泄漏原理进行了详尽的分析之后,提出了基于声发射技术的泄漏诊断的总体解决方案。3.完成各系统模块设计,主要包括信号采集系统、数据处理系统。其中信号采集系统集成了传感器、信号调理、AD转换、数据传输等功能。数据处理系统是一个通用数据处理平台,集成了数据传输与存储、LCD显示、触摸屏、USB、串口等多种接口和功能。4.对数据分析与处理的算法进行研究,研究了一种针对往复式压缩机泄漏故障的高效的算法,并通过实验验证了算法的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating compressor is an important kind of mechanical equipment which is widely used in industry. Its structure is complex, its parts are many, and its working intensity is large. Often a failure of a component will lead to the compressor paralysis. Reciprocating compressor is generally in an important part of the industry. The paralysis of reciprocating compressor will cause the whole equipment or production line to stop. For such heavy machinery, failure or shutdown may even threaten personal safety. The leakage failure of reciprocating compressors, that is, gas valve leakage fault. The total failure rate of reciprocating compressor is 60 / 70. The importance of detecting leakage fault of reciprocating compressor is self-evident. In this paper, according to the working mode of reciprocating compressor and the principle of leakage fault, a leak fault detection system of reciprocating compressor is designed by means of acoustic emission detection technology. And developed a reciprocating compressor leakage fault diagnosis instrument. The specific work is as follows: 1. First, the research significance of reciprocating compressor leakage fault diagnosis is expounded. And through the literature review of the domestic and foreign research status quo in this field, it is concluded that the main fault of reciprocating compressor is leakage fault. The main reason of leakage fault of reciprocating compressor is the conclusion of gas leakage fault. The research object is determined and the direction of instrument development is pointed out. 2. The structure and working principle of reciprocating compressor are discussed. The structure of the valve and its working principle are described. After the detailed analysis of the leakage principle, the overall solution of leak diagnosis based on acoustic emission technology is put forward. 3. The design of each system module is completed. It mainly includes signal acquisition system, data processing system, which integrates sensor, signal conditioning AD conversion, data transmission and other functions. Data processing system is a general data processing platform. Integrated data transmission and storage LCD display, touch screen USB, serial port and other interfaces and functions. 4. Research on the algorithm of data analysis and processing. An efficient algorithm for leakage fault of reciprocating compressor is studied, and the reliability of the algorithm is verified by experiments.
