基于Span Wagner状态方程的二氧化碳管道数值仿真

【摘要】:二氧化碳捕集与封存可在短期内有效降低空气中的二氧化碳含量,缓解温室效应,具有重大环保价值和战略意义。作为捕集和封存的中间过程,管道输送是目前比较经济有效的二氧化碳输送方式。采用Matlab编程计算,利用Span Wagner状态方程计算和分析了纯二氧化碳的物性参数(密度、黏度、比热等),并建立了一维可压缩流体管道模型,对二氧化碳管道在气源参数波动、开阀、关阀等条件下的管道瞬态特性进行了研究。揭示了二氧化碳管道在快瞬变流动条件下的管道沿线参数变化规律,为二氧化碳管道的高效运行和安全控制提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:Carbon dioxide capture and sequestration can effectively reduce the carbon dioxide content in the air and alleviate Greenhouse Effect in the short term, which is of great environmental value and strategic significance. Pipeline transportation is a more economical and effective way to transport carbon dioxide at present. The physical parameters (density, viscosity) of pure carbon dioxide are calculated and analyzed by Matlab programming and Span Wagner equation of state. A one-dimensional compressible fluid pipeline model is established for the fluctuation of the parameters of the carbon dioxide pipeline in the gas source and the opening of the valve. The transient characteristics of the pipeline under the condition of closing valve and so on are studied, and the variation law of the parameters along the pipeline under the condition of fast transient flow of carbon dioxide pipeline is revealed, which provides theoretical guidance for the efficient operation and safety control of the carbon dioxide pipeline.
