新型轻量化桥式起重机减速器箱体分析及结构优化

【摘要】:减速器是起重设备的关键部件,而箱体又是齿轮传动系统的承载体,起着支撑和固定的作用。利用Solid Works三维软件建立了新型轻量化桥式起重机减速器的箱体有限元模型并导入到ANSYS Workbench,对箱体实际受载情况进行了静力学分析,得出了箱体所受最大应力和变形量,为箱体结构改进和轻量化设计提供了依据。通过对箱体进行有限元模态分析,得到了箱体的固有频率及相应振型,将其与减速器的转频和啮合频率进行对比分析,确定减速器是否发生共振。
[Abstract]:The reducer is the key part of the lifting equipment, and the box is the carrier of the gear transmission system. The finite element model of the box of a new lightweight bridge crane reducer is established by using Solid Works software and imported into the ANSYS Workbench, and the actual loading of the box is analyzed by statics. The maximum stress and deformation of the box are obtained, which provides the basis for the improvement of the box structure and the lightweight design. Through the finite element modal analysis of the box, the natural frequency and the corresponding modes of the box are obtained. Comparing with the speed and meshing frequency of the reducer, the resonance of the reducer is determined.
