一种小模数外平动少齿差行星轮减速器的传动特性分析

【摘要】:针对现有的少齿差传动装置承载能力和运行平稳性等问题,设计了一种新型小模数少齿差行星轮减速器.该减速器具有均载分流、运行平稳、响应迅速等优点.为了揭示其结构与传动特性的关系,运用SolidWorks软件建立了减速器的三维模型,并导入ADAMS软件中,构建了虚拟样机模型并进行运动学和动力学仿真,模拟减速器在工作中啮合力在时域和频域上的动态变化曲线,同时输出其他运动物理参数曲线.得到仿真结果与理论计算值大致吻合,验证了虚拟样机仿真的正确性.表明本新型少齿差行星轮减速器设计的合理性与可靠性,同时为以后小模数少齿差行星轮减速器的优化设计提供了理论指导.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of load carrying capacity and running smoothness of the existing low tooth difference transmission, a new type of small modulus and less tooth difference star wheel reducer is designed. The reducer has the characteristics of uniform load distribution, stable operation, and so on. In order to reveal the relationship between the structure and the transmission characteristics, the three-dimensional model of the reducer is established by using SolidWorks software, and the virtual prototype model is built into the ADAMS software, and the kinematics and dynamics simulation is carried out. The dynamic curve of meshing force in time domain and frequency domain is simulated, and other kinematic physical parameter curves are outputted at the same time. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results. The correctness of the virtual prototype simulation is verified, and the rationality and reliability of the design of the new type of star-wheel reducer with less tooth difference are proved, and the theoretical guidance is provided for the optimization design of the star-wheel reducer with small modulus and less tooth difference in the future.
