长距离带式输送机张力波动特性研究

【摘要】:针对目前长距离带式输送机速度逐渐提高,输送距离逐渐增长,张力波动特性凸显的问题,对长距离带式输送机输送带承载段的张力波动特性进行了研究。通过有限元方法,对不同驱动力和不同槽角下输送机稳定运行时输送带承载段的张力波动特性进行了分析,推导出输送带纵向张力波动规律公式,为长距离输送机增设滚筒的安装位置预测提供一种准确的方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of increasing the speed of long distance belt conveyor, increasing the distance of conveyer, and highlighting the characteristic of tension fluctuation, the tension fluctuation characteristics of long distance belt conveyor belt are studied in this paper.By means of finite element method, the tension fluctuation characteristics of conveyor belt in stable operation under different driving forces and different groove angles are analyzed, and the formula of longitudinal tension fluctuation of conveyor belt is deduced.It provides an accurate method for predicting the installation position of long distance conveyer.
