一种新型莱洛三角形泵的研究

【摘要】:针对传统齿轮泵无法直线泵油、齿廓型线复杂的缺陷,提出了一种新型莱洛三角形泵,以莱洛三角形为截面构建出斜转子,以3个转子平行安装、同向转动的方式实现了直线泵油,并结合了齿轮泵封闭式和螺旋桨开放式泵油的特点。建立了莱洛三角形的数学模型,对莱洛转子进行了运动位置分析,并计算了三转子中间容腔的排量和瞬时流量,为后期该泵的研究和实验打下了基础,并为实现直线泵油提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the defects that the traditional gear pump can not pump oil in a straight line and the profile of the tooth profile is complex, a new type of Lailo triangle pump is proposed. The inclined rotor is constructed with the Lailo triangle as the cross section, and the three rotors are installed in parallel.The linear pump oil is realized by coaxial rotation, and the characteristics of gear pump closed and propeller open pump are combined.The mathematical model of the Lailo triangle is established, the motion position of the Lailo rotor is analyzed, and the displacement and instantaneous flow rate of the middle cavities of the three rotors are calculated, which lays a foundation for the research and experiment of the pump in the later stage.It also provides a new way to realize linear pump oil.
