基于正交实验分析的面齿轮磨削表面粗糙度的研究

【摘要】:对面齿轮磨削齿面粗糙度进行正交实验分析,采用多元非线性回归分析法建立了砂轮转速、进给速度、磨削深度的回归模型,分析了砂轮转速、进给速度、磨削深度等磨削参数对面齿轮磨削齿面粗糙度的影响状况,最后通过数学模型对单因素实验组数据进行实测值与预测值的比较,显示6组数据预测值与实际测量值的最大误差为11.13%。说明相对误差不大,此模型具有一定的精度。
[Abstract]:The tooth surface roughness of the face gear grinding is analyzed by orthogonal experiment, and the regression model of grinding wheel speed, feed speed and grinding depth is established by multiple nonlinear regression analysis. The influence of grinding parameters such as grinding wheel speed, feed speed, grinding depth and other grinding parameters on the surface roughness of face gear grinding is analyzed. The comparison between the measured data and the predicted value of the experimental group shows that the maximum error between the predicted values of the 6 sets of data and the actual measured values is 11.13%., which shows that the relative error is not significant, and this model has a certain precision.
