高层建筑室外便携式提升设备的研究

【摘要】:高层建筑的不断涌现,使得高层建筑室外设备的安装与高空维修工作随之增多,凸显出高层建筑室外提升机械的重要性。目前,高空提升设备普遍存在固定与安装要求较高、灵活性差、设备体积较大、不方便携带、使用成本高等问题,对于一些零散作业,提升任务不得不完全由人力完成,不仅劳动强度大、提升效率低,而且极其不安全。据不完全统计,我国每年因高处坠落导致的坠亡事件高达上千起,高处坠落更是在建筑业“三大伤害”之一,发生率最高、危险性极大。针对上述问题,研究开发了一种便携式高空作业提升设备。便携式提升设备主要由悬挂钢丝绳、摩擦轮、驱动电机、传动机构、控制系统、安全装置和机架等组成。工作时将悬挂钢丝绳呈“∞”型缠绕在两摩擦轮的摩擦凹槽内,依靠二者之间的摩擦力,实现载重装置的升降运动,完成升降作业。便携式提升设备采用钢丝绳实现导向和悬挂功能,克服了传统高层建筑室外提升设备固定安装问题;钢丝绳与机体的可分离性以及整机采用模块化设计,使得其最大结构件体积小、重量轻,方便个人搬运;安全装置保证设备发生打滑或坠落时有效制动,满足了提升设备安全性要求。高空作业安全第一。为此,利用有限元分析软件对关键零部件的强度进行了分析验算;同时利用动力学基本知识,建立了悬挂钢丝绳的力学模型,给出了悬挂钢丝绳张力的时变函数,利用MATLAB/Simulink模块,进行数据仿真,对其最大拉力进行了安全核定,进一步验证了该新型便携式提升设备设计的合理性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous emergence of high-rise buildings, the installation and maintenance of outdoor equipment in high-rise buildings are increasing, which highlights the importance of outdoor lifting machinery in high-rise buildings. At present, high altitude lifting equipment generally has some problems such as high requirement of fixing and installation, poor flexibility, large volume of equipment, inconvenient carrying, high cost of use, etc. For some scattered operations, the lifting task has to be completed entirely by manpower. Not only the labor intensity is large, the promotion efficiency is low, and extremely unsafe. According to incomplete statistics, there are as many as thousands of falling deaths caused by high falls every year in our country, which is one of the "three major injuries" in the construction industry, with the highest incidence and great danger.
