基于结构耦合矩阵的主动再制造优化设计

【摘要】:在再制造设计阶段,由于零件结构间的相互耦合,片面优化局部结构而导致零件整体性能劣化的现象时有发生。为解决这一问题,提出结构耦合矩阵的概念,建立了结构耦合函数矩阵来表征结构强度与结构特征参数的映射关系,并建立了结构影响因子矩阵来反映结构强度受结构特征参数的影响程度。给出基于结构耦合矩阵的再制造优化设计方法,以零件整体强度优化为目标进行参数优化设计,实现了零件整体性能提升。以6L240型号柴油机曲轴为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In the stage of remanufacturing design, partial optimization of the local structure leads to the deterioration of the overall performance of the parts due to the mutual coupling of the parts' structures. In order to solve this problem, the concept of structural coupling matrix is proposed, and the structural coupling function matrix is established to represent the mapping relationship between structural strength and structural characteristic parameters. The structural influence factor matrix is established to reflect the degree of structural strength affected by structural characteristic parameters. A remanufacturing optimization design method based on structural coupling matrix is presented. The parameter optimization design is carried out with the objective of the overall strength optimization of the parts, and the overall performance of the parts is improved. Taking the crankshaft of 6L240 diesel engine as an example, the validity and feasibility of this method are verified.
