【摘要】:为了对摇枕弹簧按高度尺寸细化分类,提出了可分类的自动化动态测控一体化系统的方案,包含了机械系统、控制系统、测量系统及数据处理系统。其中,为保证分拣控制的准确性,设计了一套面向可分类动态测控摇枕弹簧的数据处理系统,硬件上以上位机与PCI控制板卡为主体;软件上设计了最大值读取模块、数据传输模块、档位分类模块以及数据分档入库模块。同时,针对动态测量系统可靠性进行了实测,测量及数据处理系统满足使用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to classify the pillow spring according to height, a scheme of automatic dynamic measurement and control system is proposed, which includes mechanical system, control system, measurement system and data processing system. In order to ensure the accuracy of sorting control, a data processing system for classifiable dynamic measurement and control pillow spring is designed. The hardware is composed of upper computer and PCI control board, and the maximum reading module is designed in the software. Data transmission module, gear classification module and data file storage module. At the same time, the reliability of the dynamic measurement system is measured, and the measurement and data processing system meets the requirements.
