基于服役性能的主动再制造时域决策方法

【摘要】:再制造是目前制造业中高价值机电产品循环利用的最佳方式,但传统再制造工程中再制造毛坯所存在的不确定性一定程度上阻碍了再制造工程产业化的实现。本文针对再制造毛坯质量及数量的不确定性问题,阐述了主动再制造的核心理念,从全生命周期的角度,以产品的性能参数作为评价指标,建立主动再制造时域决策模型,提出了基于服役性能的主动再制造时域决策方法。首先,阐述了机电产品主动再制造的内涵和核心理念,以及产品主动再制造时域与零部件主动再制造时域的内涵及其相互之间的关系;研究了主动再制造与产品服役性能之间的关系,以产品服役性能变化拐点作为主动再制造最佳时机,提出基于服役性能的主动再制造时域决策方法。其次,通过分析零部件在服役过程中失效状态以及产品服役性能的演变过程,建立在服役阶段产品服役性能与零件失效状态的量化映射关系,在此基础之上,从全生命周期的角度,通过量化分析产品各关键零部件在四个阶段(制造阶段、服役阶段、再制造阶段、再生服役阶段)的服役性能演化规律,建立零部件主动再制造时域决策模型,并且基于多目标优化方法确定各关键零部件的主动再制造时域。而后根据寿命匹配原则,对各关键零部件主动再制造时域进行匹配,使产品在全生命周期内的技术性、经济性、环境性达到最佳,从而确定产品主动再制造时域。最后,基于文献及实验数据统计,分析曲轴、连杆和气缸的磨损对发动机服役性能的影响,从而得到发动机在服役阶段、再生服役阶段的性能演化规律;并通过计算发动机在制造和再制造阶段的能耗、环境排放、成本,构建基于关键零部件磨损的发动机再制造时域决策模型,而后根据多目标优化方法及匹配原则,确定发动机的主动再制造时域。
[Abstract]:Remanufacturing is the best way to recycle high value electromechanical products in manufacturing industry at present, but the uncertainty of remanufacturing blank in traditional remanufacturing engineering hinders the realization of remanufacturing engineering industrialization to a certain extent. In view of the uncertainty of the quality and quantity of remanufacturing blank, this paper expounds the core idea of active remanufacturing. From the point of view of the whole life cycle, taking the performance parameters of the product as the evaluation index, the time domain decision model of active remanufacturing is established. An active remanufacturing time domain decision method based on service performance is proposed. Firstly, the intension and core idea of active remanufacturing of electromechanical products and the relationship between the time domain of active remanufacturing and active remanufacturing of parts and components are expounded. The relationship between active remanufacturing and service performance is studied. Taking the inflection point of product service performance as the best time for active remanufacturing, a time domain decision method based on service performance is proposed. Secondly, by analyzing the failure state of parts in service and the evolution process of product service performance, the quantitative mapping relationship between service performance and failure state of parts is established. From the point of view of the whole life cycle, the evolution law of service performance of key parts in four stages (manufacturing stage, service stage, remanufacturing stage, regenerative service stage) is analyzed quantitatively. The time domain decision model of active remanufacturing of components is established, and the time domain of active remanufacturing of key parts is determined based on multi-objective optimization method. Then according to the principle of life matching, the time domain of active remanufacturing of key parts is matched to make the product achieve the best technology, economy and environment in the whole life cycle, and then determine the time domain of active remanufacture of the product. Finally, based on the statistics of literature and experimental data, the influence of wear of crankshaft, connecting rod and cylinder on engine service performance is analyzed, and the evolution law of engine performance in service stage and regenerative service stage is obtained. By calculating the energy consumption, environmental emission and cost of engine in manufacturing and remanufacturing stage, the time domain decision model of engine remanufacturing based on wear of key parts is constructed, and then according to the multi-objective optimization method and matching principle, Determine the active remanufacturing time domain of the engine.
