基于PLC的轴流风机控制软件的设计与实现

【摘要】:本文详细分析了国内外轴流风机控制系统的研究现状、主要技术特点、并对主要关键技术进行了简单介绍与探讨,如组态、可编程控制器PLC的软件设计以及现场总线技术等等。本文首先基于轴流风机工程实际背景,研究与探讨了新一代轴流风机控制系统的设计,根据用户的生产线工艺对自动控制系统要求,提出了相应的总体方案。该控制系统选用SIEMENS公司S7-414H系列的PLC、组态软件WinCC7.0,运用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线协议构建了一个分布式的PLC,该控制系统将工业控制计算机系统与可编程控制器相融合,然后采用面向对象的模块化编程思想,将应用系统组态软件WinCC,应用在整个风机控制工艺流程中,设计了控制界面、图形界面组态、变量组态、全局脚本设计等,实现了对风机控制软件要达到的控制要求。实践证明该系统表现出界面友好、运行稳定等优点。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research status and main technical characteristics of axial fan control system at home and abroad are analyzed in detail, and the main key technologies are briefly introduced and discussed, such as configuration, software design of programmable logic controller (PLC), field bus technology, and so on. In this paper, based on the practical background of axial fan engineering, the design of the new generation control system of axial fan is studied and discussed. According to the requirements of automatic control system of the user's production line, the corresponding overall scheme is put forward. The control system uses SIEMENS S7-414H series PLC, configuration software WinCC 7.0, and uses PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus protocol to construct a distributed PLC. The control system combines the industrial control computer system and the programmable controller. Then the application system configuration software WinCC is applied to the whole fan control process, and the control interface, graphical interface configuration, variable configuration, global script design and so on are designed. The control requirements of fan control software are realized. Practice shows that the system has the advantages of friendly interface and stable operation.
