基于输送带弹性伸长率的带式输送机功率平衡研究

【摘要】:随着大型带式输送机在煤炭、化工等领域的广泛应用,其各滚筒之间总功率的合理分配已成为焦点问题,故在电动机功率不平衡度数学模型的基础上,重点研究输送带弹性伸长率对不同类型功率分配的影响规律。结果表明:尼龙芯输送带受弹性伸长率影响更大,故安全起见,工程应用中建议选用较适合的钢丝绳芯输送带。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of large belt conveyors in the fields of coal and chemical industry, the rational distribution of the total power among the rollers has become the focus problem. Therefore, based on the mathematical model of the power imbalance degree of the motor, The influence of elastic elongation of conveyor belt on different types of power distribution is studied. The results show that the nylon core conveyor belt is more affected by elastic elongation, so it is safe to choose the more suitable steel rope core conveyor belt in engineering application.
