非对称卧式液压机机架优化设计

【摘要】:根据用户需求设计的新型卧式液压机,其机架由两根横梁和三根拉杆组成,三根拉杆的位置分布不对称于液压力的作用中心。针对由拉杆的位置分布不对称性造成的拉杆受力不均衡等问题,建立了非对称卧式液压机机架优化模型,提出了一种惯性权重凹函数递减的粒子群算法,利用Matlab和ANSYS程序,结合某工程实例进行优化实验,实验表明所提出的算法比惯性权重线性递减的粒子群算法更有效,优化后机架的重量减轻了13%,拉杆之间的受力更加均衡,达到了对非对称液压机机架优化设计的目的。
[Abstract]:A new type of horizontal hydraulic press is designed according to the requirements of customers. The frame is composed of two beams and three pulling rods, and the position distribution of the three rods is asymmetrical to the action center of the hydraulic pressure. In order to solve the problem that the tension bar is not balanced due to the asymmetry of the position distribution of the rod, the optimization model of the frame of the asymmetrical horizontal hydraulic press is established, and a particle swarm optimization algorithm with decreasing inertia weight concave function is proposed. The program Matlab and ANSYS are used to solve the problem. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more effective than the particle swarm optimization algorithm with decreasing inertial weight linearly. The weight of the frame is reduced by 13%, and the force between the rods is more balanced. The purpose of optimization design of asymmetric hydraulic press frame is achieved.
