基于装置流程图的阀门图形定位与运维信息检索

【摘要】:阀门数量多,运维信息庞杂,分散在不同的系统之中,并且各阀门运维数据之间缺少直观的联系,不能实现运维信息的共享,运维效率低。针对上述情况,课题综合应用SVG技术以及XMLDOM技术,整合分析阀门设备运行维护管理所需信息,从而构建基于阀门装置流程图的阀门设备运行维护可视化管理模型。运维信息的检索可以用于维修的决策,通过将阀门工况和阀门运维信息进行对比,预知阀门故障。课题首先对阀门检维修所需数据进行搜集、加工,建立阀门装置流程图绘图规范;使用SVG技术完成工艺流程图的信息表示;运用KXML表示法实现阀门装置流程图的表达。以B/S架构,二次开发SVG图形编辑器,使用JavaScript、VBScript、ASP技术、Access数据库技术开发阀门装置流程图表达工具,实现阀门装置流程图的录入、保存阀门装置流程图到服务器文件夹,阀门位号到Access数据库。以B/S架构模式开发阀门运维信息检索系统,使用SQL技术实现SVG图形的跨图检索;使用XMLDOM技术解析SVG图形,调用阀门运维信息;使用ASP技术和Access数据库技术实现外部阀门运维信息数据的引用;使用坐标转换方法和JavaScript技术实现阀门图形的定位显示。通过图面的解析和外部数据库的调用,阀门及其信息可被准确定位和展示表明,阀门装置流程图和阀门运维信息的结合,可以实现阀门运维信息的可视化表达。
[Abstract]:Because of the large number of valves and numerous information of operation and maintenance, they are scattered in different systems, and the operation and maintenance data of each valve are lack of direct connection, which can not realize the sharing of operation and maintenance information, and the efficiency of operation and maintenance is low. In view of the above situation, the subject synthetically applies the SVG technology and the XMLDOM technology, integrates and analyzes the valve equipment operation maintenance management information, thus constructs the valve equipment operation maintenance visual management model based on the valve device flowchart. The retrieval of operation and maintenance information can be used in maintenance decision. By comparing valve operating condition with valve operation and maintenance information, valve failure can be predicted. Firstly, the data needed for valve inspection and maintenance are collected, processed, and the drawing specification of valve device flowchart is established; the information representation of process flow chart is completed by using SVG technology; and the expression of valve device flowchart is realized by KXML representation. With the structure of B / S, the second development of SVG graphic editor, the use of JavaScript VBScript ASP technology and access database technology to develop the expression tool of valve device flowchart, realize the input of valve device flowchart, and save valve device flow chart to server folder. Valve number to Access database. The valve operation and maintenance information retrieval system is developed by using B / S structure mode, the cross-graph retrieval of SVG graph is realized by SQL technology, the SVG graph is analyzed by XMLDOM technology, and the valve operation and maintenance information is called. ASP technology and Access database technology are used to realize the reference of external valve operation and maintenance information data, and the coordinate conversion method and JavaScript technology are used to realize the positioning display of valve graphics. By analyzing the drawing surface and calling the external database, the valve and its information can be accurately located and displayed. It shows that the combination of valve flow chart and valve operation and maintenance information can realize the visual expression of valve operation and maintenance information.
