具有循环找零功能的新型纸币接收模块的研究

【摘要】:随着近些年来轨道交通基础设施建设规模的不断扩大,其配套设施的建设费用也不断增长。其中一类比较重要的配套设施就是地铁自动售检票系统。国内的地铁自动售检票系统中的纸币接收模块无一例外的使用了进口的纸币接收模块。进口纸币模块的设计需求完全是为了满足国外的坏境以及用户需求。国外的纸币一般较新,褶皱少且磨损少。进口纸币模块在设计时比较少的考虑纸币在传输通道内折叠、卡死或打滑等问题,所以在设计时会使用皮筋传输这一类很不稳定的传送设计。因为国外储值卡和硬币使用量较大,纸币用量较小,进口纸币模块设计时很少考虑纸币循环找零问题。在中国小面额的纸币被大量的使用,且纸币状况参差不齐,很多纸币烂旧了依然在使用。进口纸币模块工作在中国的环境下难免水土不服。本文根据地铁自动售票机的纸币接收模块总体的应用环境以及所需要的功能研究了使用扁平皮带的纸币传送结构。这种传送结构可以极大的降低纸币在传输通道内折叠、卡死或打滑等问题出现的概率。本文研究了具有循环找零功能的新型纸币接收模块的机械结构,使得纸币模块能够实现纸币循环找零这一种全新的功能。这种功能的实现解决了小面额纸币在设备内积压的问题。本文完成了新型纸币压箱机构的研究,完成了纸币模块所使用的电机、电磁阀的选型。本文通过分析纸币接收模块控制系统的功能需求研究完成了纸币接收模块的控制系统、相关的电子电路以及纸币接收模块的纸币识别器。本文在研究过程中重点对机械传动机构以及相关的变频电机功率控制电子电路、纸币储币箱及纸币压箱机械结构电路中的串口芯片相关的附属扩充接口进行定型。论文在设计过程中依据需要研究了两种结构的纸币换向阀,使用有限元的方法解析纸币和两种纸币换向阀的撞击过程,利用Ansys软件创建纸币撞击换向阀的有限元模型,用Ansys软件模拟仿真了纸币与纸币换向阀的碰撞过程,得到了纸币与不同结构纸币换向阀撞击过程中的应力图,并以此选取了最佳的纸币换向阀结构,保证了纸币在纸币模块的工作过程中不受损伤。本人通过制作纸币传输通道实物来进行物理实验,验证了模拟仿真结果的正确。此论文的目的是研究并同时研制一款独创的具有循环找零功能的新型纸币接收模块,并且独立研发产品的机械结构,确定机械参数。其独创的纸币循环找零结构的研究和设计能够解决目前纸币模块普遍缺少纸币循环找零功能的问题,为以后研发符合中国国情的具有纸币循环找零功能的纸币接收模块做参考。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the construction scale of rail transit infrastructure in recent years, the construction cost of its supporting facilities is also increasing. One of the more important supporting facilities is the subway automatic ticketing system. The paper money receiving module in the automatic selling and checking system of domestic subway uses the imported paper money receiving module without exception. The design demand of import paper money module is to satisfy the bad condition and user demand of foreign countries. Foreign notes are generally newer, less wrinkled and less worn. In the design of imported paper money module, the problems of paper currency folding, sticking or slipping in the transmission channel are less considered, so the design will use leather tendons to transmit this kind of very unstable transmission design. Because the use of foreign stored value cards and coins is large and the amount of paper money is small, the circular change of paper currency is seldom considered in the design of import paper money module. Small denominations are widely used in China, and they are uneven, and many are still in use. Imported paper money module work in China's environment is inevitable. In this paper, the paper studies the paper currency transfer structure using flat belt according to the general application environment and the needed function of the paper money receiving module of the automatic ticket vending machine. This transmission structure can greatly reduce the probability of paper currency folding, sticking or slipping in the transmission channel. In this paper, the mechanical structure of a new type of paper money receiving module with cyclic change function is studied, which enables the paper currency module to realize the new function of circular change of paper currency. The realization of this function solves the problem of small denomination paper money backlog in the equipment. This paper has completed the research of the new banknote press box mechanism and completed the selection of the motor and solenoid valve used in the banknote module. By analyzing the functional requirements of the paper currency receiving module control system, the paper completes the paper currency receiving module control system, related electronic circuits and the paper currency recognizer of the paper currency receiving module. In this paper, the mechanical transmission mechanism and the related power control electronic circuit of frequency conversion motor, the auxiliary extended interface related to serial port chip in the mechanical structure circuit of paper currency storage box and paper currency pressure box are finalized. In the course of design, the paper studies two kinds of banknote directional valve according to the need. The finite element method is used to analyze the impact process of banknote and two kinds of banknote directional valve, and the finite element model of banknote impact directional valve is created by using Ansys software. This paper simulates the collision process of banknote and banknote reversing valve with Ansys software, obtains the stress diagram during the impact process of banknotes and banknotes with different structure, and selects the best structure of banknote reversing valve. It ensures that the paper money will not be damaged in the working process of the paper money module. The physical experiment of paper currency transmission channel is carried out, and the simulation results are verified. The purpose of this paper is to study and develop a new kind of paper money receiving module which has the function of circular change and independently develop the mechanical structure of the product and determine the mechanical parameters. The research and design of its original paper currency cycle change structure can solve the problem that the paper currency module generally lacks the paper currency cycle change function, which can be used as a reference for the future research and development of the paper currency receiving module with the paper currency cycle finding function which is in line with the Chinese national conditions.
