行星架数控加工工艺及装备改进

【摘要】:行星架作为行星减速器的重要部件,它的质量对行星减速器地运行有着决定性的作用。本文通过研究行星减速器的工作原理和行星架的基本结构,对行星架的加工工艺提出了数控化改进方案,并对行星架的加工装备提出了优化方案,同时对行星架的加工进行仿真分析和实际加工实验,最终验证了改进后的加工工艺和装备的可行性。本文通过对国内外行星架的结构特点和加工方式进行分析,发现了行星架传统加工工艺和装备中存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化方案。根据数控机床的特点和行星架的结构特点,本文发现了行星架传统加工工艺的不足,论证了传统加工工艺进行数控化改进的可行性,同时提出了行星架加工的优化工艺,并对部分工艺进行数控化改进,从而缩短了行星架的加工工艺流程。针对传统行星架加工装备中的不足,本文提出了镗刀、铣刀、辅具以及夹具地改进方案,通过与传统加工装备进行对比,论证了改进方案的可行性。本文建立了行星架的实体模型,对行星架上的孔、压板槽、压板槽上的底孔以及吊环孔的加工进行仿真,验证了优化方案的合理性。最后,采用传统加工方法和优化方案对行星架进行实际加工实验,并对加工后的零件进行检测,通过对比表明,采用优化方案加工出的零件在各方面都优于传统方案加工出的零件,从而验证了优化方案的正确性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of planetary reducer, the mass of planetary rack plays a decisive role in the operation of planetary reducer. In this paper, by studying the working principle of planetary reducer and the basic structure of planetary frame, the improvement scheme of machining technology of planetary frame is put forward, and the optimization scheme of processing equipment of planetary frame is put forward. At the same time, the machining process of the planetary frame is simulated and tested, and the feasibility of the improved processing technology and equipment is finally verified. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and machining methods of the planetary frame at home and abroad, the problems existing in the traditional processing technology and equipment of the planetary frame are found, and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward. According to the characteristics of CNC machine tools and the structural characteristics of planetary frames, this paper finds out the shortcomings of the traditional machining technology of planetary frames, proves the feasibility of improving the traditional machining technology by numerical control, and puts forward the optimization technology of planetary frame machining. Part of the process is improved by numerical control, which shortens the processing process of the planetary frame. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional planetary frame processing equipment, this paper puts forward the improvement scheme of boring cutter, milling cutter, accessory and fixture, and proves the feasibility of the improved scheme by comparing it with the traditional processing equipment. In this paper, the solid model of the planetary frame is established, and the machining of the holes in the planetary rack, the bottom hole in the pressure plate slot and the hole in the hanger ring are simulated, and the rationality of the optimization scheme is verified. Finally, the traditional machining method and optimization scheme are used to carry out practical machining experiments on the planetary frame, and the processed parts are tested, and the comparison shows that, The parts machined by the optimization scheme are superior to the parts manufactured by the traditional scheme in every aspect, which verifies the correctness of the optimized scheme.
